Because every time , every galaxy, every story is made better with 'timely messages '.

It's almost as if they all knew, across time and space, that right NOW is the most importantess time of all human history.

I know, right?

has a very heartwarming and hopeful message that, frankly, we really need this year.

Proceed with caution.

Shazam is easily the best. Followed by WW 1, then prolly WW2.

Don’t give two shits bout anything else in the DCEU.

None of these are sequels though.

Snyder’s sequels aren’t sequels to me either. In fact. They don’t exist.

I don't even know how those are counted as fresh since they basically said it was kind of a mess

Patty Jenkins’ sequel is a well-intentioned but sloppy punch against Trumpism.

A fresh review simply means the reviewer ultimately liked it. It has nothing to do with it's actual score rating. You can like a movie and still say that it's a mess.

For example, I think the movie The Big Hit has a ton of problems and when scoring it would put it somewhere in the C+ range but I would still ultimately give it a positive review and say people who like over the top action movies that don't take themselves seriously should give it a look.

When the lefty elitists are saying it’s sloppy and misses the mark with some of its anti-Trump / toxic male stuff I can only imagine how truly overboard they went. Sounds awful.

I think they're pretty much saying they liked it even with its obvious flaws. But you do you.

Sounds awful.

It's at 89% with 63 reviews in so far. It may be flawed, but awful is just you wishing it to be so. It may not be in theaters, but there's a lot of projecting going on.

SEMI SPOILERS:

Pedro Pascals character is a tv/media mogul that basically wants to run the country as an evil dictator a la Lex Luthor, and everyone wants to compare that to Trump.

Probably is supposed to be inspired by 80s Trump. Just like Biff in Back to the Future Part II is inspired by Trump. Obviously he isn’t Trump, but they take a lot of things about him and embellish them to make a character.

I mean basically all these comic book films are not game changing great.

The first Wonder Woman was good but just felt like a good marvel film.

I do feel however that a couple of these D+ shows may actually be great..more time to flesh out the characters

I agree. I always enjoyed Daredevil and Jessica Jones far more than any of the Marvel movies

I'm looking forward to all the D+ shows, honestly. Even What If - was a HUGE fan of that comic as a kid.
