This gave me hope he was the Night King. End with a shot of him and his eyes flash blue. Would have been better than what we got.

I wanted Bran to show up on the edge of the haunted forest with wights behind him waiting on Jon and Tormund. His eyes go blue and the wights engulf them as the last shot is Jon and Tormunds heads lying in the snow, they’re headless corpses being neck fricked by Bran as he smiles at the camera.

I wish it would have been revealed that the night king and everything was just a precursor of Shinnoks magic.

I was expecting some kind of twist to throw the whole series into question, and if choosing Bran as king was it, it definitely did not deliver.
Bran was also the odds on favorite in Vegas, so someone knew something.
