And should I be worried what that says about me?

Not me. I've seen far too many movies and documentaries on World War II. Phase I went through in middle school. WWII and its actors bore me now.

I began watching in middle school. I'm 42 and still find it incredibly fascinating.

I can't say I've ever watched a Hitler documentary. Not really my cup of tea.

If you had your uniforms designed by Hugo Boss, you'd be a fascinating character, too.

Before History Channel was called The Hitler Channel, A&E was known as The Hitler Channel. Those are both gone now, but we have a long history of obsessing over Adolf.

The real prize on New Orleans TV back in the day was watching Stephen Ambrose's UNO lectures on WW2 on WLAE 32. I remember staying up late in 4th and 5th grade to watch those.

I love WWII docs. Hitler usually makes an appearance or 2. To steal a line from Blazing Saddles, they lose him right after the bunker scene.

I miss when the History Channel was basically WW2 and Hitler docs nonstop. Now they show actual history maybe once every other week.

It's amazing how this has become TD's favorite historical tidbit.

He was a fascinating guy man. I remember back in the 90's, that's all A&E was. All hitler, all the time.

I love Adolph's meat tenderizer. What does that say about me?

I regularly watch WW2 and Nazi documentaries.

The fact they even existed is fascinating. A great study of human nature and influence

As a kid in the 60's we played Cowboys vs Indian s and Army. When we played Army, it was always the U.S. vs Nazis. We had a couple of round chair legs with the support piece still attached that we used as German sub machine guns. We'd hold the support like a magazine when we "shot" them.

The best part of Von Ryan's Express was the German guns, and uniforms, and the priest that became a tyrant when he wore the uniform.

Who didn't love the uniforms of the Germans that manned the Guns of Navarone? They had those cool white coats, and they put their goggles on and put their hands over their ears in unison. Hell, they looked like Australian Rules Football officials signaling a score.

We didn't have the History Channel, but i think we were kind of in awe of all of that German ingenuity.
