Beauty and the Beast
Guardians of the Galaxy 2
Episode VII
Disney needs it because ESPN is losing them a ton of money. Out of these 3, the only one I feel comfortable putting money on is Star Wars.

Not a single, original, non-prequel/sequel/reboot/spinoff among them, sadly.

Doubt Lego Batman will. Hell 500 million would be a success for it.
And Justice League will suck, so like BvS, it will be close but no cigar.
And Guardians wouldn't surprise me making a billion, but I think it will be just a few million short of making it. Not by much at all, but just barely by less than 50 million.
My predictions for the billion dollar movies this year:
Beauty and the Beast
Fast and the Furious
Episode VIII

The only question is if it can hit 2 billion again. Nothing will touch Ep 8 this year.

Doubtful. People were yearning legitmate Star Wars. I think TFA and R1 killed it on getting 2 billion.
I think it's entirely feasible that Beauty and the Beast is the highest grossing film this year over Star Wars. Everyone will see that. Kids will want to see it, parents will want to take their kids to Disney's masterpiece in live action, and grandparents will either take their grandkids or want to relive what they had with their kids when watching it. I'll be shocked if it grosses anything short of 1.5 billion.

Beauty and the Beast and Episode VII are really safe bets

This. And both probably pass $1.5
I think GotG is a dark horse and I think Fast and Furious comes up just short. It will not be a 7 repeat.

Most likely to
1.Star Wars:Episode VIII
2.The Fate of the Furious(last was 1.5b)
3.Transformers:The Last Knight(last 2 over 1b)
4.Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2
5.Justice League
6.Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales(2 of 4 1b)
7.Despicable Me 3(Minions 1b, last 970m)
8.Beauty and the Beast
1.Star Wars:Episode VIII
2.The Fate of the Furious(last was 1.5b)
3.Transformers:The Last Knight(last 2 over 1b)
4.Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2
5.Justice League
6.Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales(2 of 4 1b)
7.Despicable Me 3(Minions 1b, last 970m)
8.Beauty and the Beast

Good call on Pirates and Despicable Me, but I'd be shocked if Beauty and the Beast is anything less than second in box office gross. That title and classic just resonates with all cultures. They know what they're getting out of it, and the people who know of the classic deep down know it's Disney's best film.
Americans and Europeans are sick of most of the films you listed. The only reason the Transformers franchise is still alive is China. Pretty much the same with most of your list, and of course Justice League is going to fricking suck.
Honestly, I'd be shocked if Beauty and the Beast doesn't gross more than Jurassic World. I'm betting the house it will be right under TFA for total box office gross. It's the rare movie that appeals to every single culture, is well known as a masterpiece, and everyone will go out of their way to see it. I think it's probable it grosses more than Episode VIII.

Not gonna happen, especially Ep8 is good. I suspect it will with Rian Johnson taking over.

Rogue One wasn't much over a billion and Star Wars is an almost entirely American fad. Asia and Europe really doesn't care about it. The only reason it crossed 2 billion is that Europeans and Asians were curious what the fuss was about in America. Add 300 million to Rogue One and that's the gross of Episode VIII.

The Last Jedi won't come close to The Force Awakens numbers.
Episode XI might, however, if everything goes well with The Last Jedi.

I think Guardians 2 might hit 1 billion. The first film was arguably the best in the MCU IMO and the sequel looks great.
Star Wars will definitely hit that and might do 2 billion.
Beauty and the Beast looks to be a huge winner for all ages and should hit the 1 billion mark easily IMO.
I think Wonder Woman is going to surprise the industry and fans and take it to the wire and hit maybe 800-900 million.
Justice League could do it if it has positive reaction, especially if Wonder Woman hits big.

Is it's reviews are good, has..easily.
If it's not a good film, $675-$850m

I really don't think anyone who thinks it will hit 2 billion really understands the international audience. The reason TFA hit that was more being deprived of a good Star Wars movie and the international audience being curious why we're crazy about it.
Now that international audiences know about it and we got a competent Star Wars movie, I don't see any way in hell it will get to 2 billion. I honestly think it will gross a good 500 million less than TFA for these reasons, regardless of how good it is.
Rogue One supports this and made a billion by the skin of its teeth. I'm predicting 1.4 billion for it.

$500 million? No way
I expect around $700 million just in domestic. You underestimate Star Wars fans and their ability to go see that movie a dozen times.
