Since other obvious ones have already been mentioned, I'll say I hoped Jodie Sweetin would unleash her sweater puppies one day. Unfortunately, sobriety and children have likely shut that window for good.
Also, Raquel Welch's rack deserved far more freedom in the scope of things. I believe some wet tshirt pics were the closest we got to their full glory.

After refusing to do nudity in "Closer" where she played a stipper... Portman showed her seat meat in "Hotel Chevalier". Her booty got a lot nicer looking later on I think but it is on display.
