curious how many actually saw the big easy?
Me and Quaid was awful if for no other reason than his New Orleans/Cajun accent. Ellen Barkin was easy on the eyes however.

Since we are on the subject of Nic Cage-Ghost Rider

I agree with this. But it probably had more to do with bad casting. Cage looks nothing like Blaze from the comics. And the fact that his acting was way over the top. BAD.

Lots of good ones in this thread. I'll add Ben Afleck in Boiler Room. Holy crap, that was just bad acting.

Should've added this one to the best movies/worst roles thread. It's such a happy, sad film I can't watch the end when it's on...but two roles in Million Dollar Baby. The slow kid and Swank's mom (kinda her whole family) are almost comically over the top, to me anyway.

I actually thought he did a great job in that movie.

Do people really think Liam has any range at all? He does what he does well, I suppose, but it's always the same thing.

I've been saying this, although I'll never watch Schindlers List. But whether he is Zeus, a Jedi master, an invincible ex-CIA guy, or whatever else, he's always the exact same. He doesn't change his accent or inflections or facial expressions or mannerisms.

The horrible girlfriend in Rounders. She tries to ruin a classic.

The kid in Dazed in Confused is the worst acting ever put on film.

He was pretty damn incredible in Schindler's List.

Will Smith in "The Legend of Bagger Vance"

Basically played Will Smith doing a toned down version of Uncle Remis. Imagine if a Don Cheadle, Idris Elba, or Terrance Howard caliber actor had gotten that role. Solid cast (Lemon, Theron and Damon, plus the 2 guys playing Hagen and Bobby Jones were spot on), attention to detail on a historic period piece, mysticism of the game of golf......could have been the "Field of Dreams" edition of Golf....instead, we get another Will Smith role where he plays Will Smith.

Nevermind, that damn kid actor sucked as well.

Couldn't disagree with you more on this.

ETA: The kid's accent did get a little over the top though.

I liked Tobey ok as Spider-Man. Not great but not horrible. I don't blame Tobey for Spider-Man 3.

Entire cast of Clerks. Love the movie, but that movie is horribly acted.

Not a movie, but one of the worst casting decisions imo- Replacing Mandy Patingin (Inigo Montoya/Agent Gideon) on Criminal Minds with this sack of shite:
