Movies that had poor execution/casting:
Avatar: The Last Airbender - Everything about this was wrong. Start over.
John Carter - The Male Lead was horrible. This needs to be The Rock, or someone.
The Intern - This movie was over-cast. Anne Hathaway and DeNiro were way too good for the roles. Get some comedic leads.
Valerian - This should have been the 5th Element part 2. They could have even kept the same plot. Just make the 2 leads Corbijn and Leeloo. Instead we got what we got.
I think there's great opportunity to remake movies that need to be fixed rather than to remake past popular movies.

John Carter - The Male Lead was horrible. This needs to be The Rock, or someone.

I love this idea. They should keep the Queen soundtrack as well.
