Maybe something like:

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
A.I.
Lost World: Jurassic Park
War of the Worlds

Am I the only one that liked War of the Worlds? The ending was stupid and rushed, but that was accurate to the source material, right?

Ready Player One was fricking awful. The "go in reverse" is one of the dumbest things ever filmed. That would have been figured out in the very first race, and would not have taken 5 fricking years.

I thought it was fine for the most part. The Tim Robbins basement scene was great.

However, the 2 kid characters were awful. It is like Spielberg had a "get off my lawn" old man moment and created caricatures of mid-2000s children.

LMFAO. Those two films are good.

You say these two and didn't mention Ready Player One?

I think this was supposed to be Stanley Kubrick's next project after 'Eyes Wide Shut' had he not passed away. Would have loved to have seen what he would have done with it. Spielberg did a crappy job with it.

Kubrick was waiting for CGI tech to advance to the point where the AI kid could be all CGI. He didn't think that a child actor could pull off what Kurbrick was trying to accomplish with the character.

It wasn’t a good movie but this is one of the lamest most petty critiques of all time

Ready Player One wasn't a good movie...but come on. It was still better than the book. The book is Twilight level bad writing.

I don’t think it is since it shows that Spielberg has no knowledge whatsoever of the online community. The movie had so much potential, but save for the Shining sequence, there’s no creativity whatsoever.

It's not that bad. But it is very lazy. I got pretty tired of parzival coming to an obscure clue/challenge that he luckily became an expert at one month before.

The Post was decent but, like a lot of Spielberg movies, he over-simplified the emotion and the characters lost any sense of nuance.

It’s A.I for me

War of the Worlds has some badass action scenes with the tripods, two of my least favorite pair of kids ever though.

Crystal Skull would be close

Haven’t seen BFG or Ready Player One yet but don’t really have a desire

seriously? It wasn't his best movie, but it was very far from "absolutely awful".
