1. The dramatic change from black and white to technicolor
If you get "Dark Side of the Moon" synched up right, the "cha-ching" sound of coins and an old school cash register at the beginning of the song "Money" kicks in and the bass line as Dorothy is looking around her new Technicolor world is awesome.
Absolutely blew my mind in my stoner days.

One of my favorites is the Dennis Hopper scene with Christopher Walken from True Romance. Where the goes on to the wops about the Moors invading Italy.

Not sure if it is epic but I’d say it’s iconic:
“Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn"
Alice’s suicide in Last of the Mohicans

Casino where they are introducing Nicky Santoro's (Tommy Spliotro) character with the Rolling Stones playing in the back ground at the bar and De Niro tries to give the guy his pen back and he calls him a "jagoff" and Pesci snaps and stabs him and the music gets louder and DeNiro explains that this is how Nicky is, while he was trying to find out why the guy was cussing at him, Nicky just started stabbing him."
Also, the intro to Mean Streets, with the prayer and then Jumping Jack Flash coming on and DeNiro walking in to the bar is a good one.

I don't know that it qualifies as one scene, but the last sequence of Last of the Mohicans starting with Duncan burning in the fire until Magua is killed is as epic as it gets
