25 Million 'sampled' (whatever the frick that means) a show and only a few hundred bothered to review it?
Well, let's try a quick comparison.
The Boys is one of Amazon's more popular established shows.
The 3rd season came out 2-1/2 months ago and has roughly 4,000 reviews.
Rings of power started a week ago and has almost 1,000 reviews.
Looks like rings of power is well ahead of the pace.

Telling partisans what they want to hear(along with peddling ideological fears and outrage) gets clicks, and clicks = revenue.
The stories of Amazon tinkering with the reviews are both self-evident and ubiquitous.
I just checked it out myself and 900+ reviews from 25 MILLION views?

And business is much easier when you aren’t all that concerned with editorial accuracy.
Or they put on hold the reviews for 3,4,5 days, and just sift out the right number of 'bad' reviews that the audience will believe.
Except no one does.

Untrue
Unless the last few episodes are super long it's going to be roughly 9 hours of content.
You have easily spent more time than that complaining about this show. That doesn't even count all the shite you've watched and read that also bashes it. You've spent days worth of time on something you say you'll never even watch.

Because The Boys Season3 is that much more popular than the most expensive and heralded series ever?
Got it.
Got it.

Do you think that is behaving like a mentally stable person
It’s a reaction by a mentally shallow person. It’s second grade all over again…Don’t like what someone said, call them a name.

Calling someone a racist because they're critical of a show which has problems across the board is fine though.
got it.

So does it suck or not
I'm told it has some scenes which are well done, but the story and acting are 2nd rate, at best.
At least House of the Dragon has competent writing and acting.

I thought you hadn't watched RoP and didn't even have prime. How are you making such comparisons?

I'm curious how you decide which reviews are real, and which have been tampered with by Amazon. I'm guessing the answer, as usual, involves you being full of shite.

I’ll sum up Kaiju’s thinking process:
1.) Does thought or statement X support what I want to be true?
If Yes, it’s true and accept it
If no, it’s a global conspiracy of the libs, woke media, Hollywood, and BLM and reject it

I love how YOU make blind determinations on what I'll say while at the same time vilify.
Here are some facts.
Amazon put a hold on user reviews. (not critic reviews, I'm talking about normal customers who had a Prime account and saw the first episodes)
That right there is tampering with the audience reaction, but never mind that.
Then after the arbitrary self-imposed 72-hour embargo on reviews, they extended it. Without comment or explanation.
Also, there are those who track this stuff far more closely, looking at and breaking down the numbers, and notice what they claim is suspect activity. 5 star reviews allowed, but no 1 star reviews. As time goes on, it seems some 1 stars have filtered in, but only after many more 5 stars are accepted.
Yes, there is reason to doubt that Amazon's numbers are legit. They have a vested interest in propping up their show on their own review site.
Because this show is so universally panned.
39% on Rotten Tomatoes last I checked.

Doesn’t Rotten Tomatoes treat even “meh” critical articles as “positive”?
Like, “I didn’t despise it” equals positive review?

Jay Are still doesn’t believe the Oscars are woke. Sure, they have widely known diversity quotas, but Jay Are says nuh uh!

They have eligibility rules, which they've always had. Those rules frequently change. We're the oscars woke in 1950 or 1960 or 1999? Of course not. They had weird rules then, but you weren't an internet message board fukktard yet.
One the rules for best picture is that you have to have at least one person of color in the cast or crew. One. Out of hundreds of people. OR you can pay your interns. If you pay your interns, everyone can be white.
I know some of you guys think paying for labor is indeed woke, but you're not supposed to say that out loud anymore.
Sorry, if you guys are going to accuse anyone who's even moderately enjoying this show of calling you racist anyway, even if we aren't, I might as well lean in.

I know that you think you are posting reasonable and rational explanations for what you think is true.
If you belief the sentence I have quoted above, then you have a truly limited bubble of perspective. You know this show isn't being universally panned. It's being universally panned by the few people you listen to.
You also know Amazon reviews the reviews of all its products. They do that for a number of reasons, some of them kosher, and some not. The conspiracy you believe exists here is an amazon-wide thing. In this case, tampering with the 1 star reviews of people like you, who haven't consumed the products, makes sense. It's review-bombing. It's stupid. Amazon is a company that decided it doesn't like coordinated attacks on its products. Conservatives in this country have fought really hard to make sure private companies remain allowed to say "Fukk you" to their consumers.

And I'm vilifying you for continuing to judge a thing you haven't seen. I didmr make a blind determination. You continue to act like you know what you're talking about, when you admit you haven't seen the thing you're talking about. If you think the acting outside of Matt Smith in House of the Dragon is fine, then you will think most performances in RoP are better than fine. Through 3 episodes, the show is basically an exemplar of fine. Not the lore killer you've imagined. Not the garbage quality product you've decided it must be. It's fine.
