I don't think its a park. I think its the world or the USA anyway. Why wouldn't it be?

My reasons for thinking Delores/Christina is actually a park that Charlores created to fill with her mind controlled humans:

1. Christina's friend having the "nightmare" about the flies, which clearly wasn't a nightmare..it really happened just like all of Delores's nightmares really happened.
2. The plethora of non main characters talking about the tower in passing scenes but no one knows what it is. (has similarities of when the hosts in Westworld were referencing the maze)
3. The main reason to me is that she is a "writer" and one of her "best" works became a reality.

Not to mention how strange everyone she has interacted with is.

Not sure why, but I feel like there are 3.

1. Stubbs/Bernard/Frankie/and now waiting to be revived Maeve.

2. Charlores/Caleb

3. Delores/Christina

Technically there’s only one timeline and that is 23 years in the future. The past 3 episodes of Caleb’s storyline was a memory as part of his Fidelity with halores. Christina, bernard, and future halores are all on the same time

Yeah but it's not like we have two bs Bernard timelines going at once. I'm not having to read Reddit and reviews to figure out what i watched.

I think it's more like how they did with either The Man in Black (where he's still alive but on ice) or with Delos's president who tried to have his brain transferred into a host body, but it never worked.

idk i think halores straight up told him he was dead. and bernard pretty much told C (his daughter in the resistance?) that he was dead, but his body was not at that site. maybe youre correct but that would make those 2 speaking like they did a 'lying' set up for a twist. it seemed like the flies essentially kill/zombify hosts.

i think the caleb becoming sentient kinda mirrors maeve from the OG timeline, and christina mirrors delores. both maeve/christina seemingly can control hosts.
im curious about the homeless guy who can see the towers, I dont think the human/fly/zombie hosts can see the tower.

either way this show seems like its back to season1 level goodness.

This show really does seem to have found its footing again. This has to be one of the most remarkably positive show turnarounds I can think of. Most shows start strong, slowly lose their edge, then fall off a cliff never to recover.

This one seemed to be following that trajectory, but then completely course-corrected. How many shows can we say have done that? Not even "Community" rebounded this dramatically between seasons 4 & 5.

S4 is definitely quality Westworld again. I was always worried after S02 that it would continue a downward spiral with the whole Woke movement starting to spread shite into entertainment IP's around the time of S03. It's odd, that the woke never got to WW too much, it was just more of Lisa and Jonah not writing to their potential. I think they were pragmatic enough though to see their mistakes and fix them with this season and I'm glad

Not woke? Shoved the men off to the side last season and all woke women.

O God dude why do you even post in this thread/watch? I mean go read all your posts, you're miserable. The show didn't go woke, it has some bad arse women in it, there's nothing wrong with that.

I dunno, seems overly pro-robot to me.

I'm not anti-robot, but this show kind of shoves it in your face.

Does it? The first seasons showed humans as greedy, power hungry, and violent. As soon as the robots gained sentience, however, they went out for violent revenge.

The previous season showed a dystopian AI government controlling people's lives.

This season shows the robots running, once again, an evil dystopian government and killing or "infecting" everyone who would resist.

If anything, this show is saying that sentient robots are no better than humans.

Everyone here two years ago was griping it was woke. The reviewers on YouTube were saying it was woke. They shoved MIB and Bernard to the side. Every week it was the T1 and T2 fight between Maeve and Delores. Not a problem with strong women. But they just kicked the men overboard. Ratings sucked, viewership went down. Right now the season is much better but that season 3 damn near killed all interest.

I'm noticing fewer views on the YouTube reviewers than in the past. There were a couple of fan websites, those haven't been updated. The major reviewers such as Alt Shift X are ignoring it. Major media reviewers such as WSJ and others aren't paying it any mind.

An article popped up on my google news yesterday from Forbes.

Called it a must watched season.

Wired had some high praise.

I'm not familiar with the websites you mentioned but I don't doubt the viewership is down because of season 3. But there's no denying this season has made a big turnaround for the show. But season 3 hurt it so bad that I don't think it will return to the popularity it had after season one. But it is obviously still making money and getting the ratings needed to keep going.

I tried to give the new season a shot but after 2 episodes i have no clue what's going on. I don't think I'll be watching anymore.

A season every other year hurts too. I mean the first season was what, six years ago?

There is only one Bernard timeline. He goes into the sublime in season 3 and spends 23 years there. Then comes out of the sublime covered in dust in this season, proceeds to find Frankie and then find the weapon (Maeve).

The only parts of this season that weren’t on the singular timeline were William converting the cartel, senator and vice president into hosts.
