I'm sorry, but this episode just seems like 90 percent filler and not really relevant to the main story in hardly any way.
This shown is becoming increasingly difficult to slog through each week. Are we sure Damon Lindelof isn't secretly writing this show?

I find this show far more intriguing than GOT and thought last weeks episode was very revealing. One of the few shows i enjoy re watching episodes.

I've enjoyed it so far. Season one had weak episodes too. I'm sure the last couple of eps will be intense.

If you go back to last year, the first half of the season was slow. This year, we had two really killer episodes. Last week's and Riddle of the Sphinx. It wasn't until the last few episodes of season 1 that we say Elsie kidnapped, Bernard revealed as a host, Theresa killed, and the William old and young storylines coming together. Dolores didn't really come into her own until the last two episodes. Pariah wasn't until the second half of the season as well.
I'm wondering if this will be the same thing because last week took things up a notch.

I think there may be some ptsd from when they took off to Asia world for no reason except to show “hey look we can do cool things in a different part of the world too”.

It would kind of suck if they talked about having 6 parks and we never got to actually experience any other parks besides West world. I wanna see them all

The Ghost Nation tracks all the way back to the first season. They keep showing up and give off a sinister vibe, but past their reputation, we haven't really seen them to be malevolent and they may actually be a bit benevolent. They'll capture, but we don't know to what end. They've been in the park from near the beginning because we see them with young William, Delores, and Lawrence when he's El Lazo. They have unexplained parts in both seasons of the show, and exist in the story we've been told for over 30 years and we know absolutely dick about them. They're finally about to explain what the frick they are and the episode might suck because it sucks, but it won't suck because they're just suddenly adding some filler to the world.
Also, the woman in that second picture is striking.

Oh, yeah, it's had its slow points. I can only hope that what seems like the useless turn through Samurai World pays off in the long run. Maybe Japanese Maeve decides that she doesn't need to stay anymore and she and Japanese Hector show up to be instrumental down the line. I really hope all that time there wasn't for naught.

You really think it’s just this board? Going onto a larger board like the show’s sub reddit. Most people there have also done plenty of complaining about storylines like Maeve’s and Delores’s. The show’s ratings have also dipped compared to last season.

30 minutes in and nothing to advance the plot at all has happened. This is starting to feel like the empty TWD episodes to me.
