No no no
The show was pitched as a three season show with chapter 1 in 1962, chapter 2 in 1935, and chapter 3 in 1908
The ratings for this show have guaranteed the next two seasons will happen

Overall it was a solid season
The cgi in the beginning was a huge issue that they seemed to fix in later episodes
Ronnie was a horrible character and I was hoping pennywise would kill her…extremely disappointed that didn’t happen
The Rich stuff was so unnecessary. The funeral and him showing up in the climax. The character didn’t earn that kind of hero arc
Here’s hoping season 2 builds on the momentum of the last few episodes.

The imagery in this episode was 10/10. Amazing. They had to have spent a lot of money on this show. I was really surprised. Really looked amazing.
The show is pretty good. It’s a little cringe at times. But everything looks great. Interesting story overall. I enjoyed it.

I was never bothered by the CGI, but I did notice it got much better as the season went on.
correction the graveyard scene was really bad.

I bet you hate it when Hollywood alter IPs to be more woke, but won't even bother to check the source material. It's clear you haven't here.

What did PW say right at the end? After they shoved the dagger into the tree and he shed all his faces/identities on the ice?

Sounded to me like he said “Lively crowd.”

The finale was one of the best hours of TV I’ve seen in a long time

She had one facial expression throughout the entire series even after she kissed Will. A bit of a strange performance but haven't made my mind up about her yet.
More Tricky Dicky please.

Rich was pivotal in getting the group together and keeping it together early on and then knowingly sacrificed his life to save Marge. He didn't know if he would die of asphyxiation or simply burn to death.
He absolutely deserved that ending and the way they portrayed it (especially with Dick being the only one to really see him) was just right.
What I didn't like (and never do) is the funeral scene with the main characters on the front row with barely any family there. I get it, the scene is supposed to be about the characters coping with the death, but writers and directors get so heavy-handed with it that it often takes me out of the moment.

I didn't think she was that bad of a character, but the young actress just has one of those "always pissed off" faces which doesn't lend itself to visual emoting (and let's face it, none of those kids are winning Oscars for their performances in this show).

I loved Pennywise from the last two movies but this series has definitely put Pennywise in the top 3 for horror movie characters IMHO. Bill Scarsgard just makes him downright diabolical and evil with a sense of humor. Wasn't a fan of this series after the first three episodes but it definitely got better and gave a great backstory of the orgins of how Pennywise started. Also tied alot of loose ends up from the movies. Glad 2 more seasons are in the works.

The show took a little while to get going but, the last few episodes were awesome

I just finished the series. I was surprised to see it go all LOTR there at the end. All in all, I loved it, and can’t wait for whatever’s next.

I was kind of surprised with all that had seemingly wrapped in Episode 7 where they would go in Episode 8
Loved it. Such nice worldbuilding.
I know we didn't have too much time with many of the kid characters including Rich, but it was a nice moment at the end. Very cool how it all connects with the IT universe.

Did you watch this show?
Dafuq?
He died being a "knight" he was a hero for sure. He sacrificed himself to save the girl he had a crush on. He 100% deserved the hero arc
Eta - didn't see LuckySo N So post. But i agree with him.
