And Spielberg's best is definitely Schindler's List
Randomly rewatched this 2 nights ago for the first time on a decade. What an amazing movie on just a horrible subject.

What? Put it on your list. It's really a great one.

Surveillance expert (Gene Hackman) is hired to electronically eavesdrop on a conversation by a client.

You should try “Inside the Mossad” on Netflix. Documentary about the Mossad, they are some ruthless, meticulous frickers. Very matter of fact about what they do and why. I enjoyed it, but it is somewhat slow.

The Conversation

in a sentence or 2 what is it about?

Gene Hackman, Coppola, John Cazale, surveillance, paranoia, 1970s slow burn., may not be for everybody but it's a 70s must see.

That's a plain as I can put it.

I haven't seen Munich and read Vengeance (or another Operation Wrath of God book) about 10 years ago. I've got to admire the Israelis and the Mossad because those frickers will do what the think is necessary, consequences and world opinion be damned. Question ...

Does Munich address the Wrath of God assassination of the waiter in Lillehammer? The short version of the story is that they killed the wrong guy and several Mossad agents and assets were rounded up by Norwegian authorities.
