I don't think they used it on that still picture. From memory it was mainly when they had a closeup of her face and It's very, very noticeable on the show. People talked about it during the original run.

Yes they shot Cybill thru soft filters on close ups. Very common practice.
Seasons 1-3 are some of the best TV ever made. Seasons 4&5 are bad.

Willis is underrated. Became “action man” later in his career but could really do it all. Still remember seeing him in early Miami Vice and he just stuck out even as a no name at the time.

I didn't watch soaps, did watch HtH but don't remember specifics. I could be wrong, I just don't remember anything like this with other shows.
