They had a chance at the one thing that everybody wanted to see and monumentally fricked it up (Rick and Negan fighting)

Last episode I watched was mid season finale of last season.
Decided to watch this mid season finale.
It’s the same played out shite. Same played out scenarios.
Only good thing is Coral is bitten. But I didn’t need to waste 90 mins to find that out.

That was an awful long time for Carl to stay alive after getting bit. And why was Carl running from the Saviors if he was already bit? He should've pulled a Sasha, and let them take him prisoner, then turn and take a couple of them out.

He hasn't been seen on set since they've been filming the second half episodes. Maybe he shows up briefly for a suicide mission though.

At the end of the day all this season did was get rid of a character almost universally hated.

From Gimple's BS about Carl having a part to play in the next couple of episodes even though he has a "one way ticket", sounds like maybe they are gonna set him up as a plant to maybe get close to Negan and either bite him or take him out some other way.
