I think vice is among the worst big budget movies of the last decade.

Vice was okay but didnt come close to the big short and was really forgettable

i really enjoyed margin call but big short is easier to watch over and over

margin call is more tense and exhausting to watch

Basically all of Gosling...IM JACKED TO THE TITS! is something i say at least once a week.

But i think i like Margin Call better.

Both seem relatively over dramatic now that we know that in the end nothing changes and the world recovers and forgets about ECONOMIC CATASTROPHE!

Watched it just now because of this post. I dunno if better is the right term, but definitely a great flick and decidedly different. This was a serious drama whereas, as a previous poster mentioned, the Big Short was a dark comedy.

I’m glad I saw your post. Well worth the watch.

Best part is when the kid analyst makes fun of everybody for how easy finance is. Very realistic when you consider who gets hired at the quant funds and big institutions.
