Get Jingleheimer Junction out of here. This is for underrated skits, not the best one of all time. 
I'll nominate Dear Sister. I have no idea why I find it so hilarious, but it cracks me up every single time.
I'll also throw in the Merryville Brothers ones, but mainly the Jim Carrey one. I think that was the first one, but I can't find a link.
There was also a very random one years ago that was Kristen Wiig and Paul Rudd singing a ridiculously long song about a tracking number for a delivery. It had me and my friends dying one night. But I haven't ever been able to find a video of it online. It's based off of the Ode to Billy Joe, and was just so overly stupid and it was awesome.
