Does anyone know which neighborhood was used to shoot the final heist scene?

I think someone mentioned that it was in Beaumont near the Exxon refinery.
I'd like to know because I don't recognize the surroundings. I worked at XOM for 3 years and was in that area alot.

Another TD forum is pointing to a Beaumont area seen here. Apparently it took a long period of time for them to get permission to film this scene.

So if Ledoux isn't the killer, why would someone from the Satanic cult make such a big scene with Dora Lange. Why would they want to draw the attention (which they totally did on purpose)? Still trying to piece this together.

Ledoux may very well be the killer, but he's obviously part of something larger. Hell, maybe when she was set up like that, there was some big ritual taking place and several people were there.

Exactly. Ledoux definitely has something to do with it but I'm guessing they kill the case before Russ and marty can fully put the pieces together.
