There are wind up flashlights that do not require batteries and they use a lot of lanterns. Darryl made a torch out of one of the walkers arms.
Don't get me started on the box of dynamite just laying around in an abandoned cave. But why didn't Carol just tell them, hey everybody get out then I'm going to blow the cave and bury the herd? Why is she doing it while everybody is still digging?

I realised I can just read the reaction thread and be as equally entertained.
Last time I was excited about the walking dead was when around when rick had first arrived in Alexandria and was giving his video story. That rick needed to be around for a while. Story on the road is so much better.
Passion for the show ended for me when they couldn't respect the viewers and left the audience wondering who was beaten to death. Since they were killing 2 anyways, could have left the audience to digest 1 for months, then come back and get all fricked up even more with the glen murder. Abraham's death would have satisfied the audience, didnt have to be gimpled.

Prediction/spoiler:
Episode 14 is titled “look at the flowers”
Based on last night, I bet Daryl has to put Carol down. Then with how they’ve portrayed Daryl the last few seasons, and if his girlfriend dies, I’d imagine he’ll go off on the road alone.
Going one step further, since it looks like the movies are being put off long enough that I bet they serve as the finale to this thing. So Daryl going off on his own sets it up for him to find rick and show up in the movies.

It started waning for me when all the characters we grew to know and love/hate (Rick, CORRAL, Maggie, etc) all pretty much left and we were given terrible characters to check certain boxes.
I'm sorry, but unless it's Daredevil, the deaf person is dying within the first few days.

She's been close to mental breakdown throughout the show. Alpha did murder her son and put his head on a pole, so I could see her anger causing her to act like a complete out of control lunatic. She was abused by her husband, her daughter was killed, she's had to put a bullet in the back of a child's head, her son was brutally murdered, etc. She may just be done with life except for a one track mind to destroy Alpha and it would be hard to blame her.

her own daughter was killed in season 2 and she survived just fine. this storyline that she falls to pieces over fricking henry (who 100% brought that shite on himself) is just stupid. i hate this show and i want to stop watching it.

Not sure about the matches but I'm sure they're something they just decide to stockpile everytime they found some.
Also it'd be a pretty good idea to have matches while out on the road

Just stop watching it then also it's entirely possible for people to make a mother/father son connection over a few years especially easy for Zeke since he knew him for even longer
