I think sociopath fits. The main thing is he is incapable of empathy. So to him other people are just objects to fit his needs. So he killed the cleaning lady the same way you would throw out a broken toaster. That's also why he stopped to get his belt and just put it back on. He needed his belt back for his pants so he got it. Wrapped around someone's neck is just the same as hanging on a hangar to him.
Also, I'm not sure what definition of antisocial you're operating on. The term as it's used in mental health seems to fit to me.

Did I hear the radio right that Skyler was killed in some “apparent gang” related activity?
And who was the lady they reported as being in the hospital with an unknown illness? I assumed they’re referring to a ricin poisoning of Lydia? (Don’t really remember how her story wrapped up in the series.)
Lastly, and maybe this was just me, but I didn’t once hear anyone in the movie actually say that WW is dead.

I am pretty sure they said Walter was dead. Lydia was indeed the woman they were talking about that was poisoned and I never heard anything about Sklyer. I would like to rewatch that part though.

Just finished it. LOVED it.
Highlights:
All the Todd scenes, specifically killing the cleaning lady who was the "nicest person ever", "I need to find a new place to hide my money", the pizza scene and Jesse broken all the way
The back and forth in the vacuum shop
The shoot out with grandpa's gun
The flashback with Walter
The end where Jesse finds peace
I wasn't bored for one minute and it was all so good and just what I wanted from a BB movie.

Just watched. Loved it, although I’m left with the feeling of wanting more, again. BB is by far my favorite TV series of all-time.

With regards to the pizza scene, didn't Jesse not really have a choice because the nazi gang would have gone after Brock even if Jesse killed Todd and got away?

Correct that is the only reason he didn't shoot him right there. Todd knew he had Brock over him.
