It’s some BS agreement between AMC and Netflix that prevents them from adding it to Netflix US.

maybe I just don't pay close enough attention but I don't recall ever seeing a network TV show airing live that is then immdiately put on netflix any time soon. Is it really that strange that a show airing on AMC wouldn't be on netflix the next day? It seems like it'd be even more shocking if it would be.

netflix is doing it next day outside of the USA apparently. maybe we are just getting the short end of the contract stick

im not sure, the main reason this is being floated is because the judge commenting on it and kim's reaction. I believe a lot of legal type documents request a full name or one that at least matches the birth certificate.
also reddit sleuths noted kim's address in the letter to resign from HHM is not the same as the address on her license. and a comment by PG that doesn't mean anything on its own but still feeds into the unknown background of kim, maybe she's not who we think she is.:

its a technicality kind of loophole im not really sure the show would use, it could be a VG cute easter egg type nod to match kims law degree. but it could kinda fit as legal chicanery they could pull. and if they chose to do so it could really throw a wrench into a lot of plot. kim may use it as an out, or hamlin can weaponize it. it would be a twist since the pretext was for the marriage to protect jimmy.
