My guess is that Mike will tell Kim that Gus wants her dead to trim a loose end. Mike will advise her to get the hell out of there before it's too late.

It's not about doing business, all he knows is that she knows where he lives and she isn't in his inner circle. We have seen that Gus doesn't take chances and removing someone who might be a risk is how he handles his business.

That's a weak reason.

Well, I'm going to ignore the question about how it even got down there to begin with.

I loved the episode, but the part where the security guy is conveniently away from his desk as Lalo enters the facility was pretty ridiculous. I wish they had just cut that out

Mike has her vacuumed? Saul has no clue where? Chance meeting in Omaha? I can see that.

He is hiding, he is a meth dealer pretending to be a mild-mannered chicken restaurant owner.
However, if you find that reasoning weak, consider this: Kim isn't handling the whole Lalo killing Howard situation very well and she scares Gus into thinking she might talk. Gus, in his usual way, wants to get rid of a potential problem.
Mike respects Kim and would help her disappear in that situation.

I mean he was hiding from Lalo, who is dead. I respect your opinion i just find it hard to get there.

Don't know about respect, but it was really strong to me that she said "you were supposed to protect us...where were you?" I could easily see him helping her disappear to "right that wrong".

Yep and last night might have been her best work. She looked legitimately petrified for her life
Yeah no doubt. She certainly didn't lose any points in the episode

Mike’s reaction showed that he thought it was a fair question for her to ask him.

The stashed gun suddenly appearing within Gus' reach seemed kind of lazy
I think he placed that gun there several episodes ago..
there was a whole 3 minute scene where gus set this trap up several episodes back

i think kim goes off into the sunset in this timeline.
the fact she told mike 'he sacrificed himself by having me come instead' says:
a. she knows how much jimmy loves her to the point he would take a literal bullet for her
b. the only way jimmy could become saul is to 'forget the past' and knowing that kim is safe somewhere provides solace that even if they can't be together, he saved her life. if she dies or goes to jail, he wouldn't be the same character in BB.
or c. we can go with ham solo's nonsense

Sheesh, Ham
So not only is Kim behind “Saul Goodman” in BB, she’s now THE master drug kingpin?
So you’re suggesting that she gets bored in the next 4 years and says, “Hey Gus, let’s give a local chemistry teacher cancer so that a chain reaction will set him off to reconnect with a former low level student into making meth. Now his BIL is DEA, so I’ll just send their attorney needs to Saul (who I’m also controlling.)”

My guess has always been that Kim got the vacuum guys number from the vets black book and since she's from that area has Saul vacuumed there. In BB, Saul was obviously shown as disappointed when told he was being sent to Omaha, but we didn't know that meant anything till we saw Kim wearing the Royals baseball tshirt last season. At one time, I even thought that they may have been related
Maybe she makes her money now being the brains behind the vacuum guy? Just a theory - who knows.
It's fun to wonder how things pan out with Kim and we will all probably be wrong in the end.
