Neither Jimmy nor Kim know Gus is the meth kingpin. Kim even asked on the phone "Who are you?" when Gus talked to her about what happened at the condo.
Kim has however been to his house and seen the imposter. She could easily identify him.

Rewatching it now and noted Jimmy turned into Saul negotiating with Lalo to get Kim out of there.
Kim was a puddle of emotions.

One I'll add that is really minor and just a personal thing, but I've always wanted to know why Jimmy was so obsessed with laser tag in BB. Would be great if it turned out Kim was part of the answer to that question.
