The squad Gus hired was horrible, making it seem as if it went the way he wanted. Him getting Bolsa and Lalo to fight would parallel what Nacho said to Don Eladio about getting new territory by having biker gangs fight one another.

Or he kills him and wins too lol I like this scenario though. Bolsa may have to owe Gus in some secret way.

The only thing certain about the Lalo situation is that he's on to Nacho now.

Where does his mind go from there?

The lawyer Nacho brought him with the fishy story about what happened in the desert.

Now he's going to think Nacho and Saul hold the answers, but does it lead to Gus or Bolsa?

Depending on what info he finds it could lead to either one since both had a hand in the desert scene.

There's no predicting who he ultimately blames, but now he is 99% sure Nacho and Saul are in on it.

No, I promised I would show up to eat my crow if I am wrong.

That would be worse than a ban in my opinion, but I'm not worried.

He said he knew who hired them, even when the assassin didnt know. Bolsa hires crews to do his work, i don't know if this was a learning experience for Gus, or purposely trying to pit Lalo against Bolsa. Being he wouldnt let mike take some guys south and hit them hard later on in BB.

He really doesnt have a reason to suspect Gus would really try to hit him at his home. Has no idea Nacho and Gus talk, and more than likely thinks no way Gus would go as far to blow up his own business for any of this. His salamanca pride has blinded him to who Gustavo Fring truly is.

He was making Bolsa look bad in front of the Boss, and didnt seem to like him anyways. Bolsa seemingly has more to gain with Lalo gone.

I'm going to have to watch it again to come up with an opinion. I dipped into the bourbon before I hit play. I need to watch it again.

The only thing I know for sure is Nacho has been outed to Lalo, and that means Saul is highly suspect by default.

The only question for Lalo is was it Gus or Bolsa?

The real answer is that it was both. Does he figure out one of them first and react or does he have the patience to figure out that both were involved?

Does he react against Gus or Bolsa? To get answers he needs Nacho or Saul.

There's a lot of moving parts that are impossible to predict, but we know he's the the type that will go looking for answers and only 2 people have them.

I think Kim ends up in jail and the Gene timeline ends with her release. He’ll travel back to Albuquerque and we’ll get a happy ending

That's what I'm thinking. If Kim was permanently out of the picture, Jimmy probably would've gotten the hell out of Albuquerque much sooner. Everything else there is just one obstacle after another for him...

DEADLINE: Since Kim isn’t in Breaking Bad, we’ve been assuming that there is not a happy ever after for her, or for Kim and Jimmy as a couple. Is that a fair assumption to make? Or do you think that things won’t be as bad as we’re anticipating?

ODENKIRK: I’m on your side. I’m completely on your side. I don’t see how they possibly stay together. It could happen, and if anybody can figure it out, these writers can. But, I don’t know, man, I don’t see it. Saul had a carefree energy in him in Breaking Bad; a loner who didn’t have to worry about anyone else. I don’t see how he has that energy and still has Kim in his life, he’s taking chances like working with Walter White.

Here's the deal. I know I can be overbearing about Kim's fate. The overbearing part is a chicken egg situation.

That has nothing to do with what I said. Everyone has their theories. I know you catch shite for yours, but that has less to do with what your theory is and more to do with how you communicate.

Of course I have. But your problem is that

Some of you worry too much about Ham. I find it best just to skip any post he makes.

It was like the Game of Thrones days when the penultimate episode was always the best one with the finale just being average.

I think Nacho's only chance to make it out alive is to try to go after Lalo himself.

Enjoyable episode, but seems much more like the second to last episode of a season than the finale.

I really like Nacho, but dammit if I’m not on team Lalo. He’s just too damn charismatic and such a bad arse!

Patrick Fabian hasnt taken a year off from television acting since 1992 and has had several projects every year during.

Thats really a hell of a consistent television career.

If you ever wonder why people hate on you, reread this thread.

I came to read discussion about the episode and all I see is page after page of your bullshite.

I don’t even care if you end up being right or wrong, but holy shite, dude. Chill the frick out.

ETA: and put me in the “this felt like the second to last episode before a finale” camp. It was good, but not good enough as I hoped for the season finale. As much as I enjoyed this season, it fell a little short from previous ones.
