The whole “Mesa verde” thing seemed like a reach, but it’s an interesting theory. In reality I think it will play out like B.B. A grind that is more akin to death by 1000 cuts than any big monumental event.

Most likely is a reach. It does really make me question Kevin's over the top niceness with Kim though.

SMS existed, but not all plans included it. I don't remember when I got it, but I feel like it was around a long time before most people got comfortable using it because of the charges.
