4. Zoolander 2

3. Dirty Grandpa

2. Brothers Grimsby

1. X-Men Apocalypse:'
This film’s true crime was wasting some of the most sought-after talent in Hollywood. Why cast Oscar Isaac only to hide him inside the shell of a giant blue turtle? Michael Fassbender only to force him to try to add emotional heft to the most cliché scenes? Poor Jennifer Lawrence can practically be seen counting down the minutes until she can flee to the set of a David O. Russell film.

I understand not liking Xmen, but worst of the year is a bit extreme, IMO.

Yeah, they're just attention whoring. It was by no means the worst movie of the year. I can't see any reason it reaches the incompetence that any of the other films on the list meet.

I think you gotta move BvS to #1.

Just from the sheer hype. Everyone was over the top excited about the concept, but it was awful.

SS and Zoolander were the worst for me. I haven't seen Dirty Grandpa or Brothers Grimsby yet.

Any list without suicide squad at number one is invalid.

Independence Day: Resurgence and Suicide Squad should be 1A and 1B.

X-Men was disappointing but my goodness it was so much better than Suicide Squad and Batman Vs. Superman.

They are giving Independence Day Resurgence waaaaaaay too much credit @ 10. That was the biggest pile of shite I've seen in a while.

Top 3 should be
1) ID2
2) BatmanVSuperman
3) Ghostbusters

Yeah, that movie had this scene: LINK

I think that disqualifies it from being the worst. Sure it was no "Days of Future Past", but I didn't have any major issue with it.

Ghostbusters was bad as well, but I would't have it in my top 10 worst films either. There were far worse films this year.

I haven't seen ID2 but SS was unwatchable. Gotta be the worst piece crap this year.

Eh, it just depends on what they value. Pure hype, it HAS to be BvS.

I can kind of see the argument with #1, but it only works if your entire top 10 is based on the principle of "wasting talent."

If it's about bad movies, This needs a big reshuffle. Apocalypse is by no means a bad film.

I liked both. I can see why a tight arse would put those on their worst list though b/c the jokes are pretty damn raunchy. BG especially w/the amount of semen and balls is sure to make quite a few people turn it off.
