Do y’all think it’s over for Kevin and Sophie? I thought the moment after he leaves and she’s looking at the two rings that was meant to suggest Sophie was thinking about the two routes her life could go... Her fiancé or Kevin.
I thought the same thing. You never know with this show.

My wife (no pics) says that actress has a lead role in some other series that she watches? Prominent role and a starring role would be a tall order I believe.

And why Randall and Kevin aren’t talking next Thanksgiving
That's due to Randall keeping Rebecca's secret about the dementia.

I think the Sophie thing is over. They finished Good Will Hunting, that represents closure for them.

my lady person said she heard Kevin say Sophie's name as being pregnant in the flash forward when they were at the cabin NOT speaking with Randall.
Did she dream that?

You guys know who Kate’s friend (Madison) is right?
The creators wife. My guess is it’s her.

I refuse to believe they don’t end up together.
They still have to watch the sequel...

It was OK.
Rebecca "I may be getting dementia or alzheimers."
Kate: How could I have missed it?
KAte never disappoints.

Did Kate’s dumbass BF catch the cabin on fire?
I wish kate would’ve died in that house fire instead of jack

Yeah, even in an episode where it's likely the most a viewer will ever be sympathetic toward Kate, I still found myself aggravated at practically everything she did.
Admittedly, I don't think my opinion of her will ever change.
Toby wasn't doing himself any favors, but Kate's the one who uninvited him from the trip.
I hope Rebecca knocks Kate's dirtbag BF Mark out for jerking her around like he did.

Plot twist.
The "Big 3" and Rebecca kill the BF and leave his body out there. Why else keep that cabin forever.

Yep, still zero sympathy for adult Kate.
But I really feel for teen Kate. She's troubled and dark and moody, but she's a teenager goth chick that lost her father, her hero.
I loved Becca telling her to put on her swimsuit: "You're fat, I'm ancient, let's go"
Yep, no sweetening it up, you're FAT Kate.
As for Toby, the guy's been stellar and I understand how he's feeling about his blind son. Toby has his own mental illness challenges with depression. He sees things through a dark filter when things get tough. I can see how he'd be worried.
But I bet money he steps up and does the right thing.
Now, the neighbor, Mr. Strokey..... where's that going? Does Kate start to connect with him and cheat on Toby????
This show is a tough watch sometimes. But the flashbacks with Jack still make it worth it.

Teen Kate's bf needs to be jailed. Teen Kate is desperate for some male love, so she's sticking with him, apparently.
I understand why Kate uninvited Toby. Toby obviously didn't want to go. Toby needs to put on his big boy pants and get with the program. He's making the child about him and his feelings. That's not how this works. Get some counseling if he needs to learn to deal with it. He made Kate look darn good in this episode.
Loved the flashbacks with Jack. Too bad he wasn't around to meet Kate's bf. Kid would have never darkened their door again.
