All in all, it's a pretty good show. I wish they would've went a different route with Kate (different actress) but I don't guess that would fit the mold of this dysfunctional trio.

Earlier in the season I think Thanksgiving episode in a flash forward Kevin tells the cop that brings home Rebecca that my "fiancé" is having terrible morning sickness.

It was definitely Nicky. That development was a new one for S4's finale.

We got sophie and GI Jane in the last few minutes. Im not quitting Sophie!
Maybe something happens to Miguel and Nicky “marries” Rebecca so she doesn’t die “alone”
Love/hate the way the show tries to mindfrick you with people you’ve never seen before, just like the season premiere. Had a feeling the younger doctor wasn’t anyone really significant to the show.
Do we know blind jack’s sibling is adopted? She looks to be, but do kate and toby try naturally again and that’s what takes out kate?
Last but not least, I don’t blame Kevin for saying what he said. It was fricked up, but Randall got what he wanted, sure he didn’t know kev just had that bomb dropped by Madison but you got your way (by being a little bitchboy at that) kev is obviously gonna be confused and upset especially after he figured out Randall pushed her to do it. You could see in miguel’s face he didn’t exactly look all in. At the end of the day, families have ugly fights and say fricked up shite that seems irreconcilable all the time, depends how willing you are to forgive and forget
And im so glad they named the baby hope and not rebecca lol
