That’s funny.
I will say she acted her arse off in Euphoria though. Seems like most that hate on her haven’t seen that because there’s no arguing she’s great in that.

Sweeny out acted her in that show and that's not saying much. That show went to shite when they focused on Zendaya.

Zendaya is no different in that series than in anything else. The difference is her character is shown in an unforgiving light where as all her others are in a position to condescend to other characters so there’s an opportunity to feel some sympathy for the character. The performance is no different.

I’ve never thought she detracted from anything I’ve seen her in but I’ve never seen her command or steal a scene either.

Well in Dune 2 she was pretty distracting. Don’t know if you know the story but the things that were cut out for her to soak up screen time were interesting and important. That movie would’ve been a monster had DV done it properly.

It was focused on Zendaya from the start though and shifted to more time on Sweeney in season three though…
I’d say Zendaya was better (not hotter obviously) is seasons one and two and Sweeney was better in three.
The show isn’t that popular on here but I actually really enjoyed season three. Glad they minimized the tranny role, she was so bad in season three.

I actually did too. Felt more like a real show and not some psychedelic trip like the first two. I don’t really have an opinion about Zendaya except that she always looks sleepy.

I just dont get the love. Most of her box office success was from films where shes part of the ensemble cast. When shes the focus, the numbers just arent there

Malcolm & Marie - $2,000,000
She simply didnt drive the box office for Spidey, Greatest Showman, Odyssey or Dune. Its like saying Brie Larson drove the box office for Endgame. She made mint off the star vehicle of others
