Why don't the blue, cat people have six limbs and shoulder nostrils when pretty much everything else does?

If they are able to give the human guy the tentacled hair-braid organ, why are they unable to make him a body with the appropriate number of digits to match the blue, cat people?

And why didn't Jake and Neytiri connect those hair-braid organs when they bang? Seems like that would be a staple in Na'vi sex

The guy who gets him is a dick when asked anything and then draws his gun. Walks Donnie down at gunpoint? Seemed like it was just drama added for drama sake? When they get inside everything is fine. Hand Donnie a saw and start chopping bodies?

I always took it as that guy was suspicious of Donnie and was waiting for him to mess up and convince everyone else.

They did, didn't they?

And if that's the case, does that mean the Na'vi (thanks for the names, didn't really care for the movie and didn't feel like looking anything up on it) are banging every animal they connect to?

Wtf was rudys older bro doing snaking his woman? Nobody told Rudy? Poor guy comes home for Christmas, they walk In kid has to leave. Nobody even tries to get him to come back. His own mom just watches. Mary the booster club girl. What a bitch. Sorry it's the rules.

Shut your mouth!!

The ONLY problem with Rudy at all is when the family is looking in different directions when he's supposed to be on the field.

(and I have no idea why this is difficult as it happens in one of the Major League movies too and actually quite often - like if you have a close up crowd scene, just grab a person to put on the field for all of them to be looking at rather than making them guess where to look?)

Why is there only one cop in John Wick?

Dozens of killers popping off rounds and blowing shite up in the city for an hour and a half and no law enforcement ever shows up. Couple shots get fired at John's secluded home and we get to see the one cop.

Just looked it up. Apparently they did in an extended scene.

Not that this even belongs in this thread. That other guy bringing up the hair braid organs made me think about it

Arnold kills the guy on the plane as it takes off and able to escape. He goes through the whole movie and makes his own way to the island before the dead guy is discovered. How long was that original flight??? 4 layovers??

Ok. Why would Harry throw the Elder Wand off the bridge when his was still broken?

He uses the Elder Wand to fix his wand before doing that. At least in the book he does

My first post on TD.

I see some of you are having trouble with this concept.

The T-Rex Paddock scenes are several nods to the book that are never really explained in the movie, let me educate you.

In the book the major park attractions are set up with a combination of the natural terrain, man-made moats, and more limited fences. This was mainly due to John Hammond being a penny-pinching Scot that hated kids and loved money.

In the movie when we first see the Paddock the fence abruptly cuts off:

That's the cliff area.

Here's the breakthrough:

and here's an over head diagram:

A good explanation of that scene and actual goofs is here:

Velour

actual goofs

Approaching the Trex paddock first time above. Tree tops visible. The explorers will soon park and the goat bait released alongside the paddock proper.

Below is the break through at the goat bait station facing the opposite way.

The Trex comes through and menaces the kids until Grant and Malcolm distract it.

Grant gets lex out and they end up cornered with the Trex attempting to flush them into motion and view by pushing the first car and spinning it into the curve where the paddock approaches the cliff.

But we're talking about that abomination of a movie.

Yeah, in the book, he fixes his wand and returns the elder wand to Dumbledore's tomb.

We're transporting some of the most powerful items/artifacts in the world (even galaxy) and we don't have a lick of security accompanying the transport plane???

Just long enough to bait Luke to come. Or, can't remember, were they not sure that Luke wasn't on the Falcon?

I thought so too, but it’s never touched on again. Just like a plot line that got edited out but they left the basement scene alone?

Greedo always planned to kill Han.

Probably true. But Han always planned to kill Greedo.

And truth of the matter, Han didn't shoot "first" - Greedo didn't shoot at all until that was added back in during some misguided effort to justify Han's murder of Greedo.

Greedo backed him to the booth with a drawn weapon. Han was "justified" (insofar as any "bounty" is justified in killing a private "bounty hunter" in self-defense) as soon as he was under a drawn weapon.

All the chit chat was for was for Greedo to see if Han would come quietly and for Han to see if he could talk Greedo out of either taking a bribe or giving him some more time. When the bribe was going to end up being the Falcon, I think both cats knew the deal was off.

Han (not Greedo) decided time was up first. Then fired. End of story (until the "special" editions ).

Vader was in the hangar when the falcon took off and Luke took off after the battle. So it's possible that Vader assumed Luke was with everyone else. I would guess Vader could sense Luke's presence one way or the other, but he was hellbent on catching that ship.

The flight was 11 hours, non-stop. Aronld asked the stewardess before take-off so he knew exaclty how much time he had before word got out. His friend was dead tired.
