This show is fantastic. Harrelson is at his best since True Detective. I was a toddler when this happened and didn't know some key things. Harrelson's Hunt talks like my Dad did. And the portrayal of Liddy is hysterical.

I'm watching. It's great. Sort of a Burn After Reading or The Good Guys feel where the leads are playing it straight...to hysterical effect.

Not sure I would go this far, but the guy has a real knack for playing in a buddy situation whether it's two cops or just co-workers.

We're a couple episodes in and it's been pretty good so far. Some hilarious moments. When Liddy is playing the Nazi speech at full volume when Hunt visits with his wife, I was dying.

I am having a hard time getting over the way Harrelson thrusts his bottom jaw forward and talks strangely. I assume that is how the real guy looked and talked but it is distracting to me. Seems like this can be a good watch if I can get used to that.

I was thinking the same thing about something different I started w/ Wood this weekend. Gave up because I find his delivery so distracting these days. It looks and sounds like he has marbles packed into his jowls.

I’m curious what you think is propoganda? Outside of some of the individual dialogue a lot of the actions are well documented.

Lots of mainstream stuff on Woodward and Bernstein, but not so much from the perspective of Liddy and Hunt.
It's not Succession but its highly entertaining IMO.
Also, well acted. Lena Headley has been really good in her role as Hunt's wife.
