yeah but the show runner basically said that was the case in the after show which I didn’t watch. Also, heaths name is on the picture wall (you have to pause the scene to see it)

she’s still alive technically but the actress left the show. The character joined up with a large group pretty clearly heading to a large settlement though so who knows

It seems obvious that she will be present at the commonwealth but they need the actress back to do that

see I may be getting confused as to what groups are what.. theres the white/black stormtrooper squads, and that giant military caravan I think you are referring to...

I think the common wealth are the stormtoopers but is the CRM that same thing? Im assuming the giant military michonne found is a different group than the stormtroopers who kidnapped kang, eugene, princess group.

The group with helicopters from Fear seems different than the Commonwealth soldiers, but I was expecting them to be the same group.

Civic Republic:

yea thats why im kinda confused.

1)black storm stroopers - lesbian pilot group and main group in the spin-off shows.
2) white storm troopers - commonwealth main show group.
3) militia type caravan group with michonne. im assuming this group is different than the other 2 due to lack of storm trooper

That's consistent.

We finally know where Heath is…sort of. For years fans have speculated that after disappearing from a supply mission with Tara back in Season 6 Heath was abducted by Jadis. This is because his RV (or an RV that suspiciously resembled his) was spotted in Jadis’ junkyard back in Season 7 Episode 10 (see below). Turns out that fan theory was correct, and that Heath WAS actually taken by Jadis and used as an offering to her helicopter community.

Although, it's been 5 years. I'm not sure how many fans will remember Heath. I found the stills.

Maybe the movies will have these larger groups fighting, with key characters from the shows being part of each group. Imagine a scene where in the heat of battle three groups converge and you have Rick, Michonne, and Daryl all trying to kill each other.

eta: only for them to all be killed by the best character on the show, Dog.

I assume thats the point of the movies. the show will set us up with the main players getting into each of the bigger groups. Movies will handle the fallout of those groups interactions.

i dont think well see a rick v michonne v daryll, but im sure well see something between them in their roles by whatever group annexes them.

its confusing...

the CRM (the black uniforms with helicopters) are the ones jadis was trading captives for supplies with. they presumably have rick & health and jadis now).

the commonwealth (white stormtroopers) are a large colony in ohio (i think), where eugene & zeke et al are now, and where (i think) the large group michonne met up with are heading. since michonne is gone from the show, it seems they will just drop her storyline altogether

By the time of World Beyond we know there are three large powers in North America.

The Civil Republic, Portland, and Omaha. We know the Civil Republic is at least 200,000 strong. We know Omaha's Campus Colony, which is slaughtered by the CRM, was a community of 5,000 indicating Omaha is larger than that. We know nothing of Portland at this point.

The Commonwealth is supposed to be 50,000 people. Over on Fear the Cowboy people seemed to be a few thousand strong spread across their settlements.

I think they threw all this crap rather haphazardly, and have a feeling they are boxing themselves into a corner.

That's been going on for several seasons. The spinoffs are ten times worse.

Watching last week's episode replay, I noticed that Yumiko went to Harvard and Oxford but can't remember her zip code.

I thought about watching this week's episode early, but just didn't get around to it.

This is gonna be another one of those situations where there's no way the character would have gotten out of a scenario without a bite but somehow escapes unscathed. Maggie was covered in walkers.

I don't get the tactical sense of this group. A person cannot bite through clothing. It's not hot out. Be double to triple layered all over and you can't be bitten. It's really that simple.

All army surplus stores would be full of tactical gear. Wear it. Even bike leathers, a fireman's suit, a wetsuit.. you are totally protected.

This group is supposed to be on an attack mission. It's just sad how pathetic they are. Why didn't they pair up, send an advanced scout, bring heavy artillery, make maps and arrange rally points, have comms..?

Best part of the episode for me so far was when Maggie handed Negan the pistol. As much as she hates him, in that moment she knows that he is the person that can get the job done.

So, they brought Ponyboy in to give Daryl a gun and a grenade, and die - only to reappear right at the end, only to be killed again by an arrow?

I'm kind of disappointed that Stephanie really exists. I thought the skinny evaluation lady was going to break into her Stephanie voice and crush Eugene's dreams.
