They need to do Daisy BB guns, they were ubiquitous going into the era of GI Joe. Lots of toy guns too, from six shooters to M-16's. If you were a boy in the 60's you had these.

I'll be really surprised if they do it, though.

y'alls late 1980s toys just don't hold a candle to the imagination of toys in the 60s/70s.

me too! exact same rocket!

my grandmother had these toys (from my dad & his brothers who were born in the 1930s) and we always begged her to pull them out for us to play with at her house





damn i was hard on them they were built pretty solid though.

So many memories in this thread.

What do kids play with nowadays besides electronics? Seriously, there was so much left to the imagination in the 80s. Watch a cartoon, and create your own adventure in your room.

Yeah, some were hand-me-downs from my brother and some were mine. But they were all awesome.

I had this bad boy in the '60's. The searchlight was bright as frick and the bazooka shot a round the size of a shotgun shell the length of our backyard.

ETA: You can see the silver bazooka missiles sitting in the backseat of the jeep. The whole set-up was full size to fit the original GI Joes.
