Making Horn into a laughable comic book villain
Meh, he's a wanna-be special ops fan boy. All bark and no bite. I think they got him about right.

Did anyone notice that the FBI station chief was Tim Riggin's older brother in Friday Night Lights?

Just finished last night and really enjoyed.

No, but Horn looked like he's actually 5'6 versus looking 6'5 in Reacher or Die Hard when he was next to Tom Cruise and Willis.

I actualy cheered when Reece merked him

Not following this from the book. He's a billionaire member of Riviera Country Club in LA who spends most of his time in the office or golf course. In the show he's a cartoon villain with dark suits and goons.

I’m 4 episodes in and am enjoying it but if memory serves it’s not really 100% true to the books. 2 things so far. The first book opens with the sniper scene where he kills the guy in the car. The other thing and I may be wrong but I thought he went to Montana not Mexico. Seems like there is a Latino element where there should be a Montana/South African one. I don’t remember a Mexican element.

So in the end the FBI dude lets Reece go cuz he hears Hartley killed herself? Yet Reece just murdered like 20 secret service guys? (Including a tomahawk to the top of Cowboy Cerrone's dome). That was kinda dumb and unbelievable.
No. Not at all. He let him go because Reece let him live, TWICE, and he thought he was dead anyway from the tumor/gsw. It wasn’t just because she killed herself.

Nope sorry - went back and checked. I’m confusing the later books with the first one. First one is in Mexico.

I liked it overall and was pleasantly surprised that a lot of the book’s gore was implied rather than shown. Much of the book was corrected in the series.

Just finished the episode in Mexico. Gutting the dude that killed his wife and kid and pinning his guts to the post, then telling him to “Walk.” God. Damn.
Winkler-Seyok Tomahawk. Look them up. They are works of art.

I could have sworn she was Asian in the book. Didn’t Reese’s dad get her family out of some Asian country are something?

Just finished it. Didn't read the book. Loved it, except as others are saying, too many flashbacks/delusions. Some notes:
Am I the only person that thinks Taylor Kitsch looks exactly like Keanu Reeves here? I saw him as "John Wick as a side character."
The reporter's very last interview with the Secretary seemed inspired by the Col. Jessup courtroom scene. It felt a bit too obvious to me.
Remember the movie No Way Out? There was this fake story of a Soviet mole, to cover up a crime. But the weird twist in the end was that he in fact was a Soviet mole. There was criticism that the twist was completely unnecessary to the story. Well in Terminal List the last twist with Ben was completely unnecessary, and as other have pointed out, too unrealistic.

I really really enjoyed this show. It always delivered and avoided the pitfalls of other similar shows by staying true to the plot and character arcs while still remaining unpredictable.

It did seem kinda cumbersome and out of place. And seems like he could have given Ben a pass considering he basically through his life away to help him, and seems very unlikely he could have succeeded without his help.

Every time I look at him in this series all I see is Eddie Vedder.

Hmmm…I called he was the one that set them up the second he said he was CIA. Didn’t seem unrealistic to me.
