The trailer context seems to suggest Ren. That meshes with why Snoke was interested in him in the first place.
Snoke:

My thing is, it's seems so obvious with the cuts to what is assumed to be Luke's Academy, that I'm concerned that it's possibly a red herring.
But that's balanced by how obvious trailers seem to be these days.

I think that too. There's so much obvious misdirect going on that I think everyone thinks everything in the trailer is misdirection.
And honestly, I hope it's Ren. I want him to be more powerful and more formidable this time around

By from what we already know, who else could he really be referring to? By the time he encountered Vader and Palpatine, they were already established "bad guys", so there would be no second guessing on what they were.

I think they've already established Ren as a very flawed character, so remember raw doesn't necessarily imply "fully realized".
And you can imagine how Luke would respond to seeing those same powers with Rey after what happened with Ren. He's probably extremely conflicted, not wanting to go down that road again but knowing Rey would probably be the only answer against Ren and Snoke.

That was so not Peter Mayhew when they showed Chewie's eyes. 
I'd love to see Rey not have it in her to kill Kylo only for Chewie to step in from the shadows and finish the job.

I agree, the sentence is more about him being fearful of committing the same mistake with Rey that he believes he made with Ren.

For the record, Rey is wearing the outfit she wore at the end of TFA when Kylo takes out his hand for all of you dumb enough to think Rey would team up with him. Classic editing misdirection with two different scenes.

Lots of misdirection, but I would take it that Snoke was talking to Kylo with the raw power bit...luke was referring to Kylo with the “I saw this kind of power once before” deal.
Snoke appeared to be torturing and trying to turn Rey. If one went at face value, you would assume that Kylo was reaching out to Rey and they meet in the middle of the force.
It appears Kylo blows up Leia’s Ship and kills her.
The space hamster was a bit out of place, but I guess they needed something to keep the kids interested.

Not taking sides, and I usually agree with OM on movie topics, but I will say that as far as I know there haven't been any legitimate leaks for TLJ.
Plenty of shitty fan-fiction claiming to be leaks, but no leaks. I have seen some very interesting theories being thrown around that have then been taken and adjusted enough to try to appear as a legitimate leak. As well as idiots doing the original theory-->fake leak-->theory formed from fake leak approach.
Just chill guys, I have faith in Rian and I am very excited for this movie.
