Scrubs (we're not counting that abortion after what was supposed to be the series finale). The comedy stayed on point throughout the series, the characters grew and the ending point made sense.

Good, interesting question.

Leads off with…

I must have misunderstood the question.

The King of Queens. It’s not Cheers, Frazier, or Young Sheldon but it has to be towards the top. The Middle and Everybody Loves Raymond are two other great sitcoms.

TBBT was better before the characters grew and new characters were added but it was never great. Seinfeld got pretty silly at the end and Jerry was right to pull the plug when he did and the finale was not great but that is a pretty good one. The best answer would have been Arrested Development if they had not tried to bring it back on Netflix. King of Queens was a good answer. I always remember Wings being good.

If we did a thread on the not perfect sitcom from beginning to end this would land.

Season 1-4 or 5 tv gold.
Season 6-10 terrible

No, but only because it didn't stay on the air long nearly long enough.
