Damn! The 1st 2 episodes were excellent! After 2 episodes, 8.4 on IMDB and 96% on Rotten Tomatoes. Have to say, the IMDB score is a little low, IMO.

Oh shite, that’s a series with Jeff Bridges and John Lithgow?

For some reason I thought it was just a movie.

I made it threw the first last night and was trying to make it through the second but got sleepy around 12:00.

It was awesome and I look forward to the second episode.

I love when they release something without commercial overkill for six months prior. This show is awesome.

First two episodes were good. Hope it continues to entertain.

For anyone else wondering (like me), it looks like it airs Thursdays on FX, and streams on Hulu.

Two hour-long episodes have dropped so far, out of maybe six total.

Really good start. Why do I feel like the FBI woman is really the old man's daughter?

It’s definitely got some interesting pacing. Some long stretches of, at times somewhat strange dialogue interspersed with some intense and vivid violence.

But I’m completely in. Excellent stuff so far

My wife walked in while TOM was in his death match with his captor after the car wreck and was aghast. Funny cause she isn’t squeamish.
I think the violence is well placed and balanced. Believable but Not gratuitous IMO.

This is extremely well written, very thought provoking dialog. So exquisite that just two episodes in and I already feel it was worthwhile, regardless of the outcome.

I also get the feeling several big twists are forthcoming.

I get why this is possible, but I’ll be very disappointed if they go this route.

I watched the first two yesterday and thought it was just okay. I'll keep watching, but I thought it was rather slow moving and the fight scene felt very labored and unrealistic in my opinion. Also didn't make a whole lot of sense to me why or how the woman immediately caved on renting the guest house to him and then decided she was attracted to him.

Same. It's very plausible.

Great show so far. Doesn't hurt that you have 2 of the best actors of their generation in the lead roles.

And Amy Brenneman;,two words: Fine. Wine.

She's 58 on Tuesday.

We’re watching right now and my wife just made the comment at how she appreciated that scene.

But then again, she likes scream and I squeal like a little girl at that stuff.

Holy hell. That “scene” with the cops at the checkpoint threw us for a loop.

Another holy hell, the young freckled FBI Agent working for Lithgow is Maeby from Arrested Development.

I got the same feeling. So far it's really good. I hope it doesnt go the "This is us" route and take several seasons to reveal what happened 30 years ago.
