I am putting it on the DVR. Plan to binge when it concludes.

How long is a season" these days? 5 shows?? 8? I have my DVR set to record the old Daniel Boone series from the 60's, season 1 was like 28 episodes (also a lot different from the rest of the seasons in character makeup, delivery, writing and in B&W while rest were color).

During the scene where Dan walked off to the get the account codes, one of the dogs stayed with Zoe and one chased after Dan. Thought that was a nice touch to a scene where she is getting half of everything.

How did y’all like that episode? A lot to unpack.. Chase still wants Zoe after that stunt? Harper and chase are brothers now? The lawyer for fazad is still going to ruin Harper?

He said that he essentially didn’t care about the money. It’s only purpose was the protect people and by giving Zoe half, he could move along and protect Emily.

“Brothers”

My suspicion is that there were more than 2 people on the flight because she said “is that all?” Emily, perhaps? Was that too long ago for a 30ish year old?

Is it just me? I was bored to tears. Worst episode so far this season. By far

Was driving me nuts all season from where I knew the actor who plays the young version of Jeff Bridge’s character. Finally hit me this week - he was in the Ballad of Buster Skruggs (played Billy Knapp in the Oregon trail part):

I recognized him from Locke and Key. He mirrors a lot of young Jeff Bridges in some spots.

Just finished binging it last night. Great show, can't wait to see where season 2 goes.

Watched Ep 7 not even realizing it was the finale. Had been waiting to get some resolution from Ep 8 but then later realized that was it for the season.

2 stars

Same.

Last Friday night, was all revved to see what happened in the next episode-- went to the TV; it wasn't on FX or Hulu, I looked it up online-- DAMN, that was the end of the season.

I must be getting to be an "Old Man" myself; not being able to watch a new episode of "The Old Man" was a real downer for me as that was going to be the highlight of my Friday night.

Oh, and 4 stars for me (5, if that's the scale).

Yep, was me. I didn't realize that was the end of the season. I really enjoyed it, and look forward to the next one. I'll give it 4 of 5 stars.

Just finished it. Help me with something. Why was the daughter so curious about her mom. I thought her mom and bridges raised her until she was a young adult.
