Spoilers

Why couldn't the damn rebel capital ships use there huge guns on the shield? Those little bombing runs were a waste.

Also, while it was nice to see Vader work through those Thirty guys in the hallways...he just didn't look right. His helmet seemed to be different and his gait wasn't right.

Awsome cinematography, but I didn't really care for or feel compelled to root for any of the rebels.

I liked the last 30 min of the movie and obviously Vader. The action was great and I loved the space battle sequences. Beyond that, it was an averge movie. None of the characters were compelling. For that very reason, TFA was better.

Tarkin looked terrible. The only thing that saved those scenes was great acting by Krennic.

Why did Vader have a lava castle (on what may have been Mustafar)?

So, do we get Biggs, Wedge, Porkins, and the gang? Please say yes...

You get Red Leader, which was awesome!

At some point, they have to have Ahsoka Tano in one of the films, either as a flashback scene or someone who gives Luke and Leia the proper perspective on their parents. (She is very close to both)

IIRC, one of Lucas's original plans was to have Vader own a castle on some uninhabitable planet.

I like the idea of Vader's being on Mustafar, where he lost everything. Seems like a good place to be if you're trying to feed on your hatred and grow stronger in the dark side imo

After sleeping on it a night, the movie is worse for me. It's just so forgettable except for the ending. I'm still thinking how noticeably bad the score is as well. Man I'm really disappointed.

His helmet was more matte finish than glossy. The shape may have been slightly different to.

You really complaining about his gait? It isn't the same giy in the suit as 40 yrs ago.

Did anyone else think Vader sounded a bit different than in OT? I may be crazy but the voice just seemed a bit off to me

I think a lot of this had to do with his dialogue. We normally don't hear him talk for that long, usually short bursts so that was a little odd. Some of the lines just didn't quite sound right. Plus
James Earl Jones is a lot older.

It must really suck to be such a movie aficionado that you can't enjoy a fun movie. All this movie did was make me smile. It was fun. I left the movie and kept saying this to myself in the car on the way home: "I effing love Star Wars' movies."

It is far from perfect. But, it does justice to the Star Wars Universe and it is just plain fun. Can't wait to go see it again today.

I didn't notice the score which isn't a bad thing or a good thing. In Batman vs Superman the score completely took me out of the movie. So while this score probably was not up to Star Wars standards it was fine. You guys nitpick every little thing.

Hey I love TFA and other people didn't. So I'm not nitpicking everything, just didn't do it for me this time. Ready for episode 8.

I watched the beginning of Star Wars when I got home. Vader's voice was very different. I know Jones is old now but damn he sounded very
drunk in Rogue One compared to Star Wars.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great action, entertaining story, and just the right amount of humor.

As far as the score was concerned, it was an alteration of the Star Wars theme and just sounded weird. They kept the Imperial March theme for Vader, which I liked.

Again, I enjoyed the movie. It had its flaws, but I'll definitely go see it again.

So many Bothans sacrificed for the future of the galaxy.

Scruffy should know better than that. The Bothans died before Return of the Jedi

Loved it. Sorry some of you dorks can't see it for what it is.

I swear there's a few of you who want a 2 hour long cut of Vader cutting people down to make you happy.

No, I wanted some good and relatable characters. This movie didn't give me that.

The door was cracked the whole time at the end. Why did they wait for the last second to handoff the flash drive? Wouldn't have been as dramatic I guess?
