Last two episodes were great. Like others said, Rose on stage was hilarious. I’m guessing that was coke in his bag.

Abe might be the most annoying actor when he was trying to get everyone to carry the obituary I wanted to punch him.

I think many times if I was Midge I would have told my parents this is my house, if you don’t like it get out.

Read his Wikipedia this morning. Pretty interesting how they are using some of his true life story for hers. He worked and was an MC at several strip clubs. He ended up marrying one.

Haven’t read this thread yet but did anyone else hate Dinah and that whole story with a burning passion deep within their soul?

I absolutely could not stand her or the kids or anything to do with Susie’s office.

That strip club must have the largest budget in the history of the world.

I'm reading one of Steve Allen's biographies on comedians, he has a chapter on Bruce. He refers to the strip clubs as "Burlesque", which is more in line with what Maisel is doing on the show. What also mirrors her career is that Lenny's big talk show appearances were on Steve Allen's shows, which it appears is the next step for Maisel on the Gordon North Show. Steve Allen swears that he gave Bruce free rein, but people say he had to submit his standup in advance for some of the shows. For his last appearance, Bruce went off the rails and Allen had to record a new introduction, warning viewers that they were about to be offended, so please turn the channel or refrain from writing in to complain.

Last 3-4 were trash.
Midge opening for Sophie was cringe and not funny at all.
Midge is a freakin idiot and getting dumber by the episode.

Susie/Dinah/office was crap.
