One of the best episodes of TV ever. I almost feel sorry for people wo haven't watched this show.

As good as that episode is, I might actually like I Live Here Now better. The season 2 finale.

I need to do another rewatch

You know a show is powerful when I'm very seriously like "I need to be in the right frame of mind and the right place in my life to start this TV show rewatch"

Favorite drama ever. So much to unpack and learn with multiple viewings.

That scene is something else. Might be my favorite from the show. When Take on Me kicks in...damn.

I've watched 3-4 times and could easily start again. The Leftovers and Black Sails are two shows that I feel like I could just rewatch every year.

Patti's speech in the well was phenomenal.

I need to re watch this show. It was a wild one.

Man this is one I feel like I need to watch. I remember loving the premise and then watching the first episode and losing track of it (didn’t have hbo back then).

I’ve heard mixed things about it but it’s been mostly positive in the last several years on here.

This is the Pine Barrens of the Leftovers for sure.

The show has some of the best acting, ever.

One of my favorite shows ever. Seasons 2 & 3 are some of the best television of all time.

I am no elitist when it comes to television/movies but this is a hill I will die on.

If you don't like this show, you probably don't have enough depth to you

You really do. I think it's an all time great. I will say as a previous poster stated: you do need to be in the right frame of mind. I tried to get my wife to rewatch it again with me this go around. We have a 5 year old daughter and my wife basically said "I can't do it again now - I don't want all the emotions that come with it right now" haha

It's 100% a must watch. Lendelof actually stuck the landing with this one. You definitely need to ride it out past the first episode, the show only gets better and better. Incredible acting as well. My personal favorite show of all tie so I don't really have to be in the right mindset to watch it, I could watch it anytime, but it is pretty heavy.

2nd season was incredible. Parts of season 3 were just as good, but Overall the 3rd was a little disappointing in comparison to season 2. Towards the end it kind of minimizes or maybe ignores some aspects of season 1 and 2 (especially 2) that I was interested seeing how they would be concluded. The Lost guy has trouble closing out his stories.

One of things I read about Lost was “Even as it was spiraling toward a final season, Lost kept introducing new questions it never wanted to answer.” Leftovers didn’t have as many seasons to overload viewers with new questions, so I really felt and wanted existing storylines to be played out and answered better in season 3. It was still very good. I probably let my expectations get too high.
