Not too many true St patties day films to choose from. I'd say maybe the Quiet Man and The Fugitive because of the great Chicago parade scene:

People claim die hard is a "christmas movie" simply because there's a chritmas party involved, so sure! This would qualify under that scenario.

The whole movie takes place at the Christmas party.

St. Patrick's day is one day of many in the movie.

Not even a comparison.

Exactly as much as 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off' is a Von Steuben Day movie.

Speaking of Harrison Ford, I'm actually watching Patriot Games because it's on Prime.

That's more a St. Patrick's Day movie.

The GOAT movie for St Paddy's:

Features a young Sean Connery singing, plenty o' good ole drinkin and fightin, some brilliant forced perspective special effects, a pretty creepy banshee, and a hot Irish lass (played by an actress who, following the time-honored tradition of her race, drank herself to death at an early age).

Ginna watch it right now meself. Erin go bragh, bitchez.
