Processing everything a few minutes-
2 things come to mind. One is, we almost certainly will see Mando at least a bit. He owes Boba and Shand for helping him rescue Grogu. It's part of his honor code to return the favor somehow.
And as for how he'd react to Luke- we know Fennec was with the group on the destroyer, she SAW Luke. She's now back with Boba, as his right hand... she's definitely told him about that encounter. Boba doesn't seem driven to go find and fight him, instead he's decided to take over Jabba's syndicate. So I'm taking that to mean Boba considers the whole Luke/Han thing just business and in the past. He didn't hold a grudge against the Wookie bounty hunter, who also tried to kill him. Luke only responded to Boba's attempt on Luke, which was a reasonable reaction. Might be part of Boba's reasoning when he told the Wookie don't work for a slughole, it will get you killed.

Loved the most recent episode. After watching it had to do a rewatch of all the Mando episodes with Boba and Fennec.

Loving this show. It’s basically Season 3 of The Mandalorian.

Episode 4 was less boring, now that we have all this backstory, I am hoping that we get into some better stuff.

Mando in the first minute of E5!
ETA:
A full Mando (not Mando) episode! Another great Easter egg episode.
We got the Armorer, Dark Saber lore, a Mandolorian duel, forging of Grogu beskar chain mail (to be delivered soon), Peli Motto the Jawa dating used car salesman, an N1 Starfighter, a womp rat in Beggers Canyon, and space highway patrol with Paul Sun-Hyung Lee back as the good cop.
Who knew Din Djarin was a hot rodder at heart?
The Rodain kid sharing the moment with Mando was awesome. Can we call Din Djarin Mando any more?
I understand how people could not like this series but the fan service is off the charts and I love it.
I assume this is setting up the next Mandolorian season to be Din Djarin getting back to Grogu and figuring out how to weild the Dark Saber effectively.

Great episode. 48 mins of a whole Mando story!
Lots of answers about the darksaber, Bo Katan, Mandalore's fall & the strict helmet rules.
I really enjoyed the time they spent on Mando's awesome new Hot Rod. Amazing. Finally got to see Beggar's Canyon & womp rats. Oh, I looked up the newbie Republic pilot: Max Lloyd Jones. He played the Jedi in the unforgettable fight scene in Mando's season finale.
What is the made-of-beskar gift Mando has for Grogu?

The armorer was making chain mail rings so some part of chain mail armor.

I'll bet that domed-in cubicle behind Mando's seat (where an R2 unit used to be) is where Grogu may ride one day.

Now, I have to look up Jawa hands. (I thought they wore gloves?) In this, they were furry, like she said they were.

This is a picture that purports to be a Jawa on set but I can't verify it.
ETA confirmed set picture of Jawas during the filming of a New Hope with furry hands

Great episode!!!
Now I want “The Mandalorian” to start. If he would have shot the womb rat in the canyon, it would have been perfect.

Yeah it’s a shame Mando had the best episode in Boba Fett’s show.
Favreau clearly has more love for Mando because it shows in the writing. It’s also good to see Mando had a hell of an episode without Grogu which is something I worried about post Season 2.

Also Season 3 has to be about Mando’s journey to master the Dark Saber, conflict with Bo Katan (and others I’m sure) who want the Dark Saber while he also tries to regain his honor with his sect of Mandalorians, right?
Since there are no waters on Mandalore, per the Armorer, maybe he tames/kills (not sure what Mandalorians do) one of the Mithosaur things they believe to be extinct? So many directions they can go. I just hope we aren’t nearing the end of Mando’s journey because I can’t see how he doesn’t end up as ruler of Mandalore

Prediction- Din visits Grogu and Luke. Good times. Din heads out and when he's almost back to Tatooine he has a stowaway in the Droid hatch...

I like how, when Fennic offered him money he turned it down and said, "it's on the house."

I knew when I heard Bryce Dallas Howard was going to have one episode to direct they'd give her a good one and damn she really nailed that.
I had exactly zero interest in seeing the new Flight of the Navigator movie that is in production but with her as the director... yeah, okay, I'll give it a shot.
Howard is one of the reasons why the media trying to portray Star Wars fans as out of touch misogynists pisses me off so much. Everyone loved Leia. Ahsoka Tano is tremendously popular. Folks have really liked Deborah Chow and Bryce Dallas Howard as directors. We don't dislike female characters and creators. We dislike lousy female characters and creators.
I loved the episode. Lots of great guest stars. A few nice fight scenes. Special effects were completely on point. Good character moments. I can't complain about anything other than wishing it was twice as long.

Also I got the feeling that the BD unit was meant to be BD-1 from the Jedi Fallen Order video game. Which could be an Easter Egg for Cal Kestis showing up down the road.
