Complete bullshite.KGB agents didn't go around DC assassinating people. It's garbage if you believe it.It woulda caused a complete meltdown in diplomatic relations.

KGB agents weren't murders on US soil.

Of course, but we're talking about a TV show, aren't we?

In that universe, what I said holds true.

I mean they're in England killing people... why wouldn't they be dropping people in Washington during the Cold War?

There may have been 1 or 2 in the U.K. reportedly the KGB never killed any one here, certainly not the volume the Jennings racked up

But as noted it is a TV show, part of dramatic license.

Who is?Putin's Russian intelligence isn't the KGB and even then the people targeted aren’t British agents or
nationals.

If you don't think former KGB agent Putin isn't running the Russian intelligence like the KGB idk what to tell you.

The Weisberg and Fields interview that was posted had some interesting tidbits. There was actually a "French" family of Soviet KGB spies who returned to the USSR after their mission was up. Their 10 year old learned on the plane that he wasn't French.

What a fricking finale. And what a show. Absolutely amazing arc. I still cannot believe how little love this show got.

Y'all never heard the story of the Ex Nazi who escaped pow camp in the U.S.? He lived as a citizen for 40 years and came out on tv.
So I think Paige could do it.

Finally saw it.

Heartbreaking. And a fitting and spot-on ending to a great series.

Great ending. The garage scene, the phone call to Henry, the train scene, the montages, the final scene in Russia....it was all pretty much perfect.

I think that was was one of the best finales I have ever scene. And if you would have just told me a general plot summary, I likely would have thought it sounded pretty average, but everything was executed so well.

The acting in this series has always been fantastic. The fact the Emmys have overlooked it for so long (admittedly. Breaking Bad sucked up the oxygen for a lot of its run, then the end of Mad Men) is infuriating.

Hopefully, it will get the Return of the King for its final season, which has also been incredible .

That you know of.....

Pretty sure Paige could easily play the "I was manipulated card". She was only 16 when she found out.

I think Margo Martindale won the only 2 acting Emmy’s kind of sad

MM is great and deserves all the accolades she receives.

But, the absence of hardware for Rhys, Russell, Emmerech and the showrunners (Fields & Weisberg) is borderline criminal.

Couldn’t agree more, like you said hopefully they get recognized for this season. Phillip Jennings is one of my favorite tv characters

ETA: Martindale is definitely deserving, she and Claudia were great, shocking that Frank Langella was not even nominated

Decided to rewatch the first episode/pilot.

Aside from them looking so fricking young, it is amazing how the show went full circle and what Elizabeth predicted came true.
