throw Basterds in the "overrated" group. Admittedly, I'm not a QT fan, but I never got the appeal. Had a few nice set pieces but thought it was overall pretty much meh.
Dude. What the frick?

I was going to post that Django was better than IB but if you think about that movie every scene is just awesome all on it's own. Every fricking Scene.
Shoshanna meets Zoller for the first time? awesome. Gen. Ed Fenech enlists Lt. Archie Hickocks? Awesome. Joseph Goebells laying the wood to Francesca Mondino? awesome.
Do I need to go on??

Django isn’t worthy of sniffing IB’s jockstrap

I wasn’t an IB fan, either. I did enjoy Django.

I liked IB, but I definitely liked Django more.

I adore Django up until the never-ending shootout at the end. It was kind of cool, but I one point I was ready for it to end.

Yep. I've tried to like the dude's films. I mean I really have. The only one I haven't watched multiple times is Pulp Fiction. Just not a fan.

Yeah, but then there's this scene on top of that which is awesome: LINK

Reading the summary of this film: "A TV actor and his stunt double embark on an odyssey to make a name for themselves in the film industry during the Charles Manson murders in 1969 Los Angeles," it has kind of a Son of Sam feel to it.
The Manson murders flesh out the setting, but the movie isn't about the Manson murders.
Or am I reading this wrong?

People will just have to deal with it. No movement will prevent QT from using the N word. In fact, the more sensitive people get, the more he will use it.

My feeling is the word “****” is probably the most volatile word in the English language. The minute any word has that much power, as far as I’m concerned, everyone on the planet should scream it. No word deserves that much power. I’m not afraid of it. That’s the only way I know how to explain it. - QT 1994

I’m not going to fall for this hack’s schtick again.
I’ll see it, but I don’t trust douchebag director to not frick it up like he has with too many of his movies.
