The Suspiria teaser also provides the first sample of the music created by Thom Yorke, the Radiohead singer's first feature film score. "This music I did," Yorke tweeted Monday, acknowledging the trailer's ghostly, synthy soundtrack. The film's original score, crafted by Goblin, was previously named one of Rolling Stone's 35 Greatest Horror Soundtracks.

Retro horror is a good thing.

Tired of the jump scare being the only thing.

it's not like this is the 5th reboot of spiderman

They're remaking a relatively obscure Italian horror film from the 70's and the cast/direction look fantastic.

There are sooooo many remakes/ideas to criticize Hollywood over that I think this gets a pass.

The things that made the original one of the all time horror greats were Argento's insanely creative use of effects, color and camera angles and Goblin's soundtrack. The movie was an art house horror film and all style; the plot and acting were not great nor important at all.

My fear is that the remake won't be able to replicate that style and we're just left with another generic horror film with a less-than-average plot. I hope I'm wrong because if done right this could be really good.

The movie, directed by Dario Argenta, was creepy fun.

Looks good. A bit more dystopian than the predecessor. I liked colorful setting in the original. Hopefully they will capture some of that again. The hooked weapon is a nice touch.
