I kind of think this was the producers organizing Kolby's exit through the game instead of him tapping out for a medical issue to save face. He got an inordinate amount of soapbox time during tribal which tells me everyone knew he was headed out, and I don't just mean the players.

I can see that.

My hopes for this season are slowly starting to fade away if I’m being honest.

I was really hoping for some old school Survivor play, and big moves/blindsides happening. Maybe even some great idol plays or great tribal councils. We have gotten none of that so far.

I have no idea why we are resorting to this new era Survivor stuff with many of the players being “old school”

Being honest, the second they kept the location in Fiji, and kept it at 26 days, I should have known it would be more of the same.

I’m not a fan of 3 people going home in 1 episode. Yes we started this game with 24 players, I knew they would have to do things to get rid of players, but that’s even more reason as to why they should have gone back to 39 days, at least for this season. The “budget” doesn’t allow for it. Yet, this was one of if not the most anticipated season of all time. Certainly in the last 10-15 years.

I was rooting for Colby as my #1, and like many have said the way he left was pretty shitty.

Also Dee talking about “it just really sucks we have to send home Colby, Coach, or Cirie, icons of this game, they wont be able to vote on the winner of 50!” She says that with a straight face, and somehow it was automatically accepted that Emily was being kept. Emily has become my most disliked Survivor player possibly ever. She was horrible in her first season. She never deserved to be here. She’s horrible now. She runs her mouth about everything, is not a challenge threat, does nothing noteworthy at camp, and is not some strategic threat. Yet somehow, Christian, Devins, Ozzy, Dee, Cirie have taken her under their wing, and it’s just a given to them Emily needs to stay. So Colby a legend of the game gets taken out with ease, instead of Emily, and Dee sits there saying how much it sucks Colby has to go home and can’t vote on the winner. Never a thought to get rid of Emily. Christian didn’t think to get rid of her either when she opened her mouth numerous times.

At this point for me, it’s Ozzy, Christian, or bust.
Christian, Ozzy, and Coach have gotten the most screen time for sure, and probably in that order.

Still will root for Dee, Coach, Steph, and Jonathon as well.

Production missed an opportunity to really make things interesting last night. They should have brought in the first group and let them have their discussion . . . then bring in the second group and have them vote out a player from the first group . . . surviving players from group one leave and group two has their discussion and group three is brought in to vote one of them out . . . repeat for group three with group one voting.

That would have shook them as all their planning during the day would have been irrelevant. They are all one tribe right now so it would still have been fair to be voted out by your own tribe.

Yeah I agree was hoping for more old school survivor. I want them to go back to separate reward/immunity challenges instead of the combined challenges.

This was one of the lowest rated episodes this season

Tiffany and that bull dyke nose ring is beyond terrible. Sucks colby went out like limping like this. Camila sucks also. So glad she is gone.

Listening Jeff talk about the applebees food is so creepy and uncomfortable almost as bad as him rapping. You know Dee was gonna do well in that challenge with those thick strong thighs.

Last night, when he said they were going to The Sanctuary, he forgot to say “where good things happen.”

I hated to see Colby go but he was not really able to play anymore. He had a great exit speech

. No different than Rizztard but I agree with you. If you think about it, are the best really at the end?

Completely agree this time.

Emily is so clueless.. she's the goat of the season.

Saw this on FB and thought it was hilarious. They SHOULD have shown it but they want to edit Rizo in a good light:

Colby said Rizo accidentally burned fishing poles as fire wood! ??
Why didn't they show this? ?? Rizo being Rizo ??

Colby said: 'Let me tell you a funny moment. And the barometer in the game for whether or not something's funny is if the crew behind the cameras start laughing, right? And Stephanie and I, we had fishing supplies that we had earned at some point and we had a canoe there on the beach with an outrigger on it.

And so Stephanie and I decided to go fishing, and we're up in the camp by the campfire and she's going out and getting the appropriate sticks. I'm tying the fishing line onto them and I'm putting the hooks on them and then I'm leaning them up against a stump by the campfire. And everyone else around the camp is working, gathering firewood, doing something, except for Rizo — being Rizo, being lazy, not doing anything.

I said, "Rizo, come on, man. You gotta help out around here. Why don't you do something?" He said, "What do you want me to do? " I said, "Tend to the fire." He said, "Okay." And so Stephanie keeps bringing me what would be fishing poles. I keep attaching the string to them and setting them down. Stephanie's like, "All right, let's go. We got enough."

And I look over there and I said, "What'd you do with the fishing poles, Steph?" She said, "I didn't do anything with him." She said, "Where'd you put them?” Rizo is fueling the fire with our fishing poles, and the crew is all filming it and they are laughing. Rizo has no clue.

He's so lazy, he doesn't even walk out in the jungle to get firewood for the fire. He's grabbing these sticks that he just assumes are fuel for the fire, and that was all of our fishing poles.

And Stephanie and I, the only reason we realized that he did it is because all the crew behind the cameras are laughing their butts off at it. And so that was a fun moment. We did end up getting out in the canoe, and that was my most frustrating day there. And I think I might've dropped plenty of Rizo's F bombs out on the water that day. That was a fun time for Steph and I to get out on the water.

Emily is one of survivor players that gets way too much airtime for how insignificant she actually is in the game. There is something about here that is super unlikable. I can't put my finger on it.

At this point, I really don’t understand these people.
1. They all complain about coach deriving the plan to vote out Dee.
2. Then foreshadow how they may flip on coach because of how aggravating he is.
3. All but 1 vote for coach and vote out Dee….. wut

It’s a TV show. The editors did what they could to make an obvious vote interesting.

Dee is more dangerous than Coach. It cracked us up when Dee was running around at Tribal whispering to everyone *Vote for Coach, I have the numbers!* Uh, no you don't.

If i won an advantage I wouldn't tell anyone! Steph told Cirie about her advantage and said don't tell anyone. Cirie immediately tells Rizo.
Rizo wanted to vote out Dee because he didn't trust her but is fine with Cirie breaking Steph's confidence.

I guess no one thinks about getting rid of Emily because she isn't a threat.

It felt to me like Dee wanted to be Parvati and Sandra. She wanted to be a flirt and a mastermind. The second her bluff was called by Jonathan, she collapsed. She had the opportunity to bury Jonathan, but she’s not bright enough. She was never going to be Parvati or Sandra because she’s not smart enough to play an understated game when attacked (justifiably or otherwise.) She got too defensive and turned herself into an easy vote. It’s effectively the same downfall as Troyzan, Penner, and Boston Rob (in all the seasons that weren’t stacked in his favor.)
