The show has always been about Kendall for the most part.

Wasn't he in the first 1st scene of the 1st episode?
I just rewatched S1E1 and the first scene is Logan pissing on the carpet, then douchy Ken in the limo.

Also, I had forgotten but the first episode was very Greg centric. Greg actually seemed to impress Logan when he subtly volunteered to take his grandfather seat on the board and be a ally of Logan.

Oh man. That's a decent argument for ole Greg.

I will say this:

As long as it's a bare knuckle fight, I don't care who comes out on top, but there better be blood and there better be tears.

If it’s Greg it will be the worst ending to a show ever, even worse than How I Met Your Mother

It would be absolutely ridiculous and goofy as shite lazy fan fiction writing to make it Greg.

Agreed. It'll be like Bran on the iron throne.

I think Greg's tough sell is he has never been portrayed in a completely competent light. Just kind of bumbling around but he makes powerful allies because his non-assertive and non-threatening demeanor.

I can't put together a valid argument for Greg other than to state he has been buddies with Mattson.

Tom seems like the logical ringer.

in a show of backstabbing Greg has gathered Information to use against everyone for 4 seasons now. It's not lazy it's complete. The guy everyone shits on outsmarts everyone including the guy who took him under his wing in Tom.

Greg is 100% comic relief.

I'd be happy with Kendall or Tom as CEO, anything else and I'll be mildly disappointed but probably still impressed with how they pulled of the finale.

This does seem like the story of Kendall, we don't need to have the shock value of a show like Game of Thrones for it to have a quality ending, obvious choice or not.

You can almost replace any of the main characters with Greg.. Yes, Ken is the more obvious successor but didn't he try to frick-over the company a few times? Shiv and Roman, no..
One of the old guard would make more sense than any of the family including Tom and Greg.
I'm starting to think I won't like the ending no matter who gets the nod..

That’s why I simply think it’s a story of Ken. The creators know we have a tendency to break down and dissect a show. Ken’s story has largely driven the show though and he’s never been out of the main plot line for very long.

Ken's arc has gone from not a killer to most definitely a killer.

Don’t think they’ve sent out any screeners for critics either

We are all along for the ride together of the finale. As it should be .

I am not sure how people are thinking Ken had a good episode. His ex wife and kids embarrassed him, his assistant ghosted him, his sister out maneuvered him in public. Outside of being shitty to Roman and saying some delusional stuff at the cemetery, his position is still very ungood.

Ehhh he's been in prominent roles in front of important people. Speech at the shareholder meeting and Speech at Logan's funeral. Ken's fckd up his public appearances prior to this but the last couple episodes he's been very strong.

Who outside of the officers and a small selection of others know who much about Roman and Shiv or have even heard them put together a sentence?

Are the sibs not still billionaires if they aren't chosen?

Is the CEO position just a power and status thing?

And frick Jess for bailing

i found this on reddit

quote:

Josh Aaronson owns 4% of Waystar Royco but said he had lost 10% of his shares' value - $350 million.

This values the whole company at around $87.5 billion.

If Kendall's shares are worth around $2 billion, he owns 2.28% of the company. Assuming the siblings each have identical shares, the four of them own just under 10% of the company with a combined net worth of $8 billion.

Makes sense they were going to pool their money together to buy Pearce.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ken orchestrates a corporate takeover of GOJO. He had interest in it once and has already mentioned going "reverse Viking"
