Not a movie series, but I’m watching “The Sopranos” for the first time ever. It’s amazing :O

Back when it came out, my friend’s roommate wouldn’t stop talking about it. He saw it several times in the theater. He talked about it so much that it annoyed me and I avoided watching it out of spite (not much going on in my life in the late 90s, I guess).
Anyway, all the slo-mo bullet stuff and whatnot was so prevalent on tv and in parodies around that time that I feel like I’ve seen it — even though I’ve never actually watched a second of it.
I feel like at this point it would just disappoint me to watch it.
Bullet time is the least cool things about that movie. The story and concepts are excellent for any casual fan of scifi. ..but...sometimes ignorance is bliss eh copper top?

John Wick. Just watched those a few weeks ago.

I didn't see Bad Boys until 5-7 years after release. It came out when I was in college. I hadn't put it together yet that even though you might not be a fan of a particular actor/cast, the right director can really bring someone's talent out.
Didn't watch Fresh Prince.

In my mind at the time, why would I waste two hours watching a buddy cop movie with the stars of two sitcoms that I don't watch?

I spent the whole time wondering why the heck was this series such a hit lol

The original Rocky Movie. I was at the start of my Military training when it was in theaters, but heard and read all the great reviews. Didn’t see it until it came to network tv a few years later.
